The whole family and some were gathered around chatting along themselves, enjoying the music and drinks the waiters were offering them. I was chatting with Ada about the latest fashion trends when I felt a stare on me. Looking around. Blue clashed with brown. Bonnie was gazing at me. He smiled at me and walked over ''Hey stranger... haven't seen you in a while''. Softly smiling at him I said ''i was busy, you missed me?''. ''Yeah I actually did,'' he said blushing. Smirking at him I said ''Well we better make up for the lost time''. Ada sneakily walked off both of us not noticing too entranced in each other. ''How do you plan to make up for it?'' he teasingly smiled at me while pulling me closer by grabbing my waist. ''I've got a few-'' Tommy stood before us all ''Nice. Hey! Listen before we uhm.. Before we go and eat, I'd like to say a few words. Last time we were all here, it ended badly-'' ''yeah''. Tommy continued ''and now we're at a happier place. That's it. I'd just like to raise a toast'' he and everybody else put the drink up. ''Hold on'' interrupted Arthur ''few words i want to say from the heart and this time you're gonna let me finish''. I giggled thinking back when Tommy married traitor gator Grace and he got interrupted. I felt Bonnie squeeze my waist, looking at him he smiled at me lovingly and gestured to Arthur who was rounding up his speech. ''I aint fucking going nowhere'' cheers and laughs were heard all around the room. ''Our enemies are gone... dead, all of them. For the first time since me and my 2 kid brothers enlisted in the war, we have peace. So.. i'd like to make a proposal that all of you... insist that Tommy here'' Arthur puts a arm around Tommy ''takes some time off. Time you took a holiday, Tom. Put your feet up. Wars over... no one wants to kill us, to peace'' everybody lifted their glass up again ''to peace''. After that everybody enjoyed the little party. At some point me and Bonnie snuck out to make out in the kitchen, but before we could get hot and heavy Arthur interrupted us. He was very drunk, so he didn't question me sitting on the counter. When he saw me he hugged me and took a bottle of whiskey with us to the main room.
Tommy took a vacation per request of us. He didn't really enjoy it but it was alright. I baby sat Charlie a lot, which I didn't mind. He's super cute. When the vacation was over Tommy did what Tommy did best, plan his new conquests. He was declared the new labour member of parliament for the constitution of Birmingham south.
I had managed to convince Tommy to give me a place in London. It was a gorgeous looking apartment. It's very close to Ada. We meet up with each other at least three times a week. I loved London. All the cute places to eat and go out. And don't get me started on the fashion. I adored it. But what I really loved about it was that I didn't have the constant breathing down my neck by my overprotective brothers. Meaning that even when Tommy had all my guy friends in Small Heath busy with peaky business. I could enjoy the diversity in London. Especially the diversity of men. Which brings me back to this moment right now, where I was straddling my good friend Leo on the couch. He gripped my ass, biting my lip making me moan. I pressed my body down on his hard on and pulled him closer pulling his hair. Leo groaned at the movement. My other hand wandered down his naked chest to the place he needs me the most. Gripping it, he buckled upwards making me moan. I was about to pull it out, when a shrilling noise interrupted. Leo moaningly said ''leave it..''. I pulled away ''It might be important'' I said, picking up the phone from my little table beside the couch. ''Hello?'' I asked while still straddling Leo. He started kissing my neck ''it's me'' said Isaiah. Leo kissed my soft spot right below my ear, making me moan. "Uhh.. what was that?" Ignoring his question I asked out of breath ''Whats up, Isaiah?'' ''Finn got shot''. "WHAT?!'' i pulled away from Leo ''Is he alright? What happened?'' I asked worriedly. Leo looked concerned, rubbing my back calming me down a little bit. ''He's alright. Aberama is getting out the bullet, thought you should know-''. ''I'm coming over''. ''You don't have to, we got it covered''. ''I dont care I'm coming, are you at Ada's?'' ''yes''. ''Okay, i'll be there in 5'' I said hanging up. Getting up from Leo's lap I buttoned my shirt up, getting my coat. ''Leo I've got to go, it's an emergency''. I felt two hands around my waist ''Darling, relax. It's okay i walk you there, alright?''. Turning around I said ''you don't have too''. ''What kinda man do you think I am, letting a gorgeous distressed woman walk alone in London?'' he asked bewildered. I kissed him on the mouth ''alright, but as much as i love your naked chest, you might catch a cold''. He smirked at me ''Worried about me, huh?''. ''No, I just don't want to get the blame,'' I said, smiling back. ''Alright, but if I get sick, it is your fault and as punishment you should take care of me''. Rolling my eyes at him, I pushed him towards his clothes making him laugh. Turning around in the hallway, I looked at my appearance in the mirror on the wall. I fixed my smudged make-up and adding some red lipstick. I pulled my hair in a loose bun. When I was happy with my appearance we walked to Ada's. When we arrived at the door Leo wanted to kiss me, but I pulled away. ''There might be a peaky blinder around... we can't risk it'' Leo looked deflated at me but nodded. I kissed his cheek and felt his stare until I had safely arrived in Ada's house with the reserve key Ada had given me.
