Yours For Eternity (Taekook)

Prologue

"It's a boy." The lady came out of the room with a baby in her arms covered in blankets. She handed the baby to a man.

He received him with gleaming eyes, reflecting pure happiness. He cradled the baby in his arms and indeed the little baby was pretty, very - very pretty. The adorable little life was sleeping comfortably in its father's arms.

The infant was cautiously passed on to another set of arms. The man holding the newborn seemed old yet had a radiant aura around him. The man was clad in white robes. He held the baby with one hand and raised the another to press it against the baby's forehead lightly. Closing his eyes he concentrated. His face contorted into a frown only to be replaced by calm expressions. A hint of smile followed not long after.

"Elder, please tell me, what is he?" The other asked. Unable to contain his curiosity.

"Your son is an omega."

It was a slight shock to those present there, a male omega born to an alpha. But it was possible since the luna was an omega herself. Still, the male being one was a rare case.

"I see. " He said curling his lips downwards. No, he wasn't disappointed. He was just worried. An omega. This little life was an omega! He would have to be more alert, more 4 of 665 ow. If not, he was sure, this innocent life will find itself in the clutches on danger. His thoughtwere interrupted by the words spoken by the older man.

"But there is something about this child. Something I cannot read just yet. I feel a barrier, a strong one that I'm unable to cross. But it's for certain, this child is special." The elder smiled at the baby, caressing his forehead.

"Special? How? What do you mean by that, Elder?" The other man, the father of the baby, frowned. A hint of fear clawed Alpha's heart and his chest tightened with the anticipation of the unknown.

"It's unknown at the moment. We will have to wait, till the time comes. Fornow, take care of him. A male omega is a blessing." The elder handed the baby back to the alpha and walked away, disappearing into thin air.

"Alpha. Who are these elders truly?" Another man asked. Who till now, stood behind the other man, the head alpha.

"No one really knows, but they are respected in each and every pack, and they appear whenever a child is being born. Then they disappear. Just like that." The alpha said holding the baby closer to his chest.
