Ishan and Shubman were sitting together playing fifa like they usually did at nights but something was a little unusual tonight

"What's up with you ?" Shubman asked after Ishan didn't celebrate his goal with more than a 'Yes !'

"What do you mean?" Ishan asked back tongue out in concentration as he almost got another goal

"You are quiter than usual"

"Ahh...it's nothing" Ishan said his voice going a little gloomy

Shubman decided to let it go for now and changed the topic

"I asked for our appointments to be put together for the vaccination tomorrow, so we can go together"

"Hmm"

Shubman noticed how Ishan started looking nervous after he had said that

"Are you worried about the vaccine?..you know you don't have to worry about it right...we won't have any adverse side effects, we have got a good immune system"

"No it's not that.."

"Then what is it ?"

"It's...I don't...Forget it..it's childish"

Shubman fully turned toward Ishan pausing the game "You know you can talk to me...tell me what's wrong"

"It's nothing serious...don't worry about it...can we just play now"

"Okay" Shubman said as he unpaused the game "And listen don't worry about the vaccine..the worst that's gonna happen is a fever..whatever side effect, it will be better than getting covid"

"Ishan..Ishan...Get up man we are going to be late" Ishan opened his eyes to see Shubman looking down at him

"Hey Ishu...Good morning...if you don't get ready now we will be late for our appointment"

"Ahh..I am not feeling well, you can go I will get the vaccine some other time"

"You are not feeling well ?...what's wrong ?" Shubman asked immediately worried but one look at Ishan and he could figure out the lie "Ishu you don't have to worry about the vaccine...and either way it is compulsory for us to get it so there is no other choice...and honestly you really don't have to worry about the side effects"

"It's not the side effects I am worried about..I don't want an injection.."

Shubman stared at Ishan for a bit trying to understand whether he was serious or joking

"You are worried about the injection...Yahh okay good...now go get ready...they are not going to change the order of receiving the vaccine, If we get there late everyone after us will have to wait and I think Virat bhai is after us...Imagine how embarrassing that will be.."

"I am not going"

"Ishan stop please...hurry up and go get ready we don't have time for this right now" Shubman said in an irritated voice

"I said I am not going"

"Will you stop acting like a Child...scared of needles really??...go get ready quick ...I am waiting outside if you are not there in 10 mins then I will drag you down myself...I don't care if you are just in a boxer" Shubman shouted before walking out

When they reached the clinic their were atleast three more people appointed before them KL was just before Ishan after which it was Shubman after which like he had thought was Virat.
