When I was done writing, I closed my music journal. Berry isn't going to let me use this, so I might as well keep in there for the time being. As I was about to get up the phone rang.
"Hello", I said.
"Hey Tish, it's me Lenny".
Lenny was my ex boyfriend. After around 3 years of dating, we made the decision to split because our careers were taking different paths. We were friends, though. Not only that, but no one knows we dated.
"Hey Lenny", I said sounding tired. "What's up?"
"Are you alright, you sound upset", Lenny said.
"It's nothings"
"Tish I know you now tell what's bothering you"
"I'm tired of the entertainment business, that's all"
"What gives?"
"I mean every audition I go to I get rejected or when I try to show Berry a new I wrote or if I ask can I help produce an album I also get rejected".

"My heart is telling me that I should quit and go back to a normal life, but my mind is telling me to stay"

My mother screams from downstairs, "Tisha, can you come downstairs please!"

Lenny might be right. It's my decision if I want to quit or not. I'm going to call Tracy and Berry that I'm quitting. It's time for me to live my life; I want to be a kid again.
