Tisha pov
The lights dimmed, and the roar of the crowd filled the arena. This was it- my first solo tour for my album Precious. For the first time, I was performing without my sisters. My heart pounded in my chest, but I felt a surge of excitement as I stepped onto the stage.
The spotlight hit me, and the opening notes of Unbreakable Love began to play. I took a deep breath and started singing:
"Through the storm and through the rain,
Our love remains the same,
Unbreakable, unshakable,
Our hearts forever chained..."The crowd swayed and sang along, their energy fueling my performance. I danced across the stage, pouring my heart into every note.
Next up was Shining Star, a song about love. As the beat dropped, I moved with precision, my dance moves sharp and powerful.
"You're my shining star,
No matter where you are,
Lighting up my life,
With your love so bright..."As the night went on, I performed Heart of Gold, Dreams, and Rise Up. Each song carried its own song story, its own emotion, and the crowd responded with overwhelming support.
Finally, it was time for the last song. I took a moment to catch my breath and looked out at the sea of faces. "This is a special one," I said into the microphone. I wrote this one for someone I love dearly."
The familiar melody filled the air, and I began to sing:
Hello my love,
Before the sun rises, after it goes down,
I love ya, I love ya,
I say it over and over again,
I love ya, hey, hey, hey.
Relax your mind, we can be free together,
Take our time, even through the tears,
I'm staying right here, I'm waiting right here,
Oh, we're going through some hard times,
But it will be, alright.
It's alright, it's alright
It's alright, it's alright now,
Everything's alright, baby it will be
It's alright, it's alright
It's alright, it's alright now,
Everything's alright.
When teardrops fall,
Running down, running down my face,
I need you, please hear me,
Baby I need you here, beside me,
Everyday I need to know, that you will not leave me,
Promise me, tell me we can work it out,
Ooh baby without a doubt,
It will be, alright
It's alright, it's alright
It's alright, it's alright now,
Everything's alright, oh tell me it will be, alright.
It's alright, it's alright
It's alright, it's alright now,
It's gonna be alright.
Baby come show me,
I need you to hold me,
Tell me it's gonna be alright.
And I'll believe ya,
If you tell me,
Everything is alright.
When the grass looks greener, and I think about leaving,
I never go too far,
No one else can satisfy me, because I know how good you are,
Baby, hey, you make it alright
It's alright, it's alright
It's alright, it's alright now,
Everything's alright, tell me it will be, alright
It's alright, it's alright
It's alright, it's alright now,
Everything's alright.
Baby take my hand,
And make me understand,
That everything's gonna be alright, now.
With all that we've been through,
Aaah baby,
I'll do anything to make it alright.
Ooh baby,
Tell me, tell me, tell me,
Show me it's gonna be, it's gonna be alright.
Hey baby,
Oooh,
It's gonna be, it's gonna be alright.
We're going through some hard times,
But everything will be fine,
I know it will be alright.
Baby I know it,
Oh baby I know it,
I've got the feeling everything's alright. As I reached the end of the song, I prepared myself for the whistle note. It was a challenging note, but I knew I could do it. I closed my eyes, I took a deep breath, and hit the note perfectly. The crowd erupted in cheers, their applause echoing through the arena.
"Thank you so much, everyone!" I shouted, waving to the audience. "You've been amazing!"
I made my way backstage, my heart still racing from the performance. As I stepped into the dressing room, I was greeted by my family- my mother, my sisters Tichina, Babydoll, Tiara, my brothers Stanley, Jermaine, and Tai, and Michael.
"You were incredible, Tisha!" my mother said, pulling me into a tight hug.
"Yeah, you killed it out there!" Tichina added, here eyes sparkling with pride.
Babydoll and Tiara hugged me next, their smiles wide. "We knew you could do it," babydoll said.
Stanley, Jermaine, and Tai gave me high-fives and pats on the back. "You showed them what you're made of," Stanley said.
Michael stepped forward, his eyes full of admiration. "You were amazing, Tisha," he said softly, pulling me into his arms. I'm so proud of you."
I felt a rush of gratitude and love as I looked around at my family. "Thank you, everyone," I said, my voice choked with emotion. "I couldn't have done it without your support."
As we celebrated together, I knew that this was just the beginning. My solo tour was off to an incredible start, and I couldn't wait to see what the future held.
(Is anybody else wattpad giving them problems🙃)
