'The right person will know how to hold your love. The right person will choose you just as deeply as you choose them. You will not have to quiet the way you care, you will never feel like you are too much. You will not have to beg for the love you deserve. One day you will be met where you are. One day you will be someone's favorite thing, and you will not be confused - you will not feel like you are fighting for someone who isn't fighting for you. One day you will understand that it never mattered how tightly you held to the wrong people, how intensely you tried because the right people were always going to find you. The right people will always going to stay.'

A Gentle Reminder by Bianca Sparacino

I..

She thought she'd turn into ashes while her entire face burned in humiliation. The son-of -a-bitch, after her shocking proposal, only grinned at her in silence as his response. She just made a marriage proposal in front of so many in corporate suits and she had never, and will never ever, see herself getting this kind of audacity to the opposite sex.

Ram smiled ridiculously at her as if she was his source of entertainment.

" Immediately? Like, I don't know? "

Her nose flared while she stood there frozen. She instantly wished someone would snap their fingers so she could vanish and leave Earth as if this situation hadn't ever happened!

He didn't know?! Just what the fuck?! He didn't know?! What does he mean by that?!

Her thoughts were screaming inside her head while she felt herself trembling deep down. In her peripheral vision, she saw the old Castro standing from his seat and it honestly made her a little uneasy. She redirected her attention to the person who was now grinning at her from ear to ear.

" What's funny? You know what? Fine! "

She said in her most irritated tone. If this isn't going to work for her, then maybe she should leave. Her family is in the middle of a situation and she can't think of who to ask for help. With that in mind, she began turning her heels around to walk out. To hell with the embarrassment, she's out!

" Hey! You're not walking out on me! Come back here! "
