Geneva muttered discreetly at her husband who was openly watching his younger brother and his ex-wife exchanging a lighthearted conversation from afar as if they were normally doing this in their lifetime. As if there were no dramas and tragedies in between. As if there were none of the parties involved suffered. As if the marriage wasn't in a form of dissonance and didn't endure years of animosity.

" I can't help it, babe. I mean, just look at them. "

Rafa Armand said out loud, not even pulling his eyes away from their subject. Geneva couldn't agree more. She had been watching her brother-in-law and his ex-wife the moment Richard Armani didn't think twice getting close to Psyche for a few reasons she didn't know. Actually, this was their closest encounter as far as the family knew. In public, a matter of fact. Every family present in that party who knew the catastrophe that Richard Armani's marriage to Psyche went through probably was also at awe when they saw these two talking casually.

It was like this was the moment that everyone's waiting for, damn it!

Geneva eyed the direction where her husband's attention was concentrated. If she isn't seeing it with her two eyes and someone tells her that Richard Armani and Psyche are once again talking, in peace, she'd probably won't believe it and call the person talking a nasty, huge, bullshitting, liar.

But that wasn't the case. This ex-husband and ex-wife really and definitely are talking!

" I can't believe it too. I mean, who would have thought that one day we would see them smiling at each other like they were real friends? "

She murmured, still mesmerized at what they were all looking at. Most especially when Richard Armani moved to put his jacket on Psyche's shoulder. And you know what's more surprising? She didn't even put a fight against it!
