Open your eyes:
You walk blindly, you can't find me, you're starting to remind me of the past I put behind me,
I can see you, you can't see me, I miss the days when we could talk freely,
Before you met her and life was better, before you let her control every letter,
That left your mouth, you were heading north back then now you're going south.
You're cutting people out of your life like you're Anakin Skywalker, it's like you don't even know me, so I decided I oughta
Try to sway you like Obi- Wan Kenobi. You can't throw me,
You have no trust, you have no other ambitions, you only have lust and you must,
Open your eyes and see that, otherwise no one will be at
Your side if you and her collide and decide to end your ride. So swallow your pride and apologies to people, it might not work but at least you can say you tried.
But she's still grasping you, you got people who used to be your friends slapping you, she's trapping you, you need to wake up your napping through
Your world crumbling but you're still stumbling, bumbling and tumbling, I hope this message is humbling,
I'm at least hopin' you try to open your eyes before it's too late...
I will see you later, the question is, will you see me?
