Past: Lost control of her ability destroying her entire village, killing everyone she ever loved. Dazai and Oda found her after she escaped from a facility where she was experimented on which was how she knows she can create a singularity and why she sometimes doubts her humanity. After Oda died, Paul Verlain (please check out Stormbringer it's amazing!) continued her training. The hunting dogs are after her because she is very dangerous and the government wants to use her instead of wasting a powerful ability user. ( Stormbringer explains what a singularity is).
