Running with the wolves

My dreams were blank. I woke up to dinner being ready, cooked by Lilly since mom wasn't home. Kayline was setting at table eating.

"sup bro!" i said to her and sat down at the table. I didn't make me a plate because I wasn't really hungry.

"sup!" she said through a mouth full of food.

"i hope schools not shitty!"

"schools always shitty!" Kayline said again with a mouth full of food.

"ugh bitch, shut your face!" i said getting up to walk into the front room. She just laughed a little and kept eating.

Lilly was sitting on the couch watching Hard Candy.

I sat down "freakin' love this movie."

"i know right!" she agreed."Jake came by."

"oh."

"what?"she asked.

"nothing!"

Kayline came in with her toothbrush in her mouth and putting her jacket on "what?" she asked me too.

"nothing!" i said again, only a little irritated. "where you going?" i asked her.

"oh to just hang out with quil, he text me and asked me to chill!" me and Lilly just turned our heads back to the t.v and kept watching. we heard the door closed and Lilly said "she's so lucky!"

"why?"

"her guys always call her back!"

"oh!"

an hour later she was getting ready. Embry had texted her to chill.

"i guess my guys the only one that doesn't call back, oh wait, this is the first one that's seemed interested!" i said sarcastically.

She was walking out the door "actually he came by, much better than a text to chill, you were sleep. see ya later though."

"bye!" i called to the door.

What to do. What to do. I decided i was gonna sleep again.

Yep. definitely sounded like a plan.

I woke up the next day at 6:30 to Lilly and Kayline staring at themselves in the mirror.

I got a quick shower in, brushed my teeth, did my hair, came out and got dressed.

Today I was wearing my navy blue high wasted skirt, my red floral crop top, and black tights. i put on my navy blue converse, with the white lace socks, grabbed my bag and the keys. To school, I guess.

Driving to school, I was wondering if Jake was going to be here. I hope he is. It'd make today so much easier, if there's someone I know. Well other than Kayline and Lilly.

We parked at school and got out to go to get our schedules for the semester.

Everyone that was in the parking lot was staring. Oh well. I pulled out my phone to text Jake.

He didn't reply. I went to the office there was a plump cheery lady sitting behind the desk.

"We're new!" me Kayline and Lilly all said.

"okay!" the cheery lady said, almost to happy. "tell me your names."

"Aida Rodriguez"

"Kayline Busby"

"Anala Parks"
