Walking to the beach we were all talking.

"I so thought you guys were gonna judge us for smoking!" I told Leah, and Paul, since Seth already knew we smoked.

"me too." Lilly and Kayline chorused.

"I was!" Leah retorted honestly." But then, i decided that I liked you, so I stepped outside of my comfort zone a little." I nudged her in an affectionate way and she just smiled.

Paul just shrugged, smirked and said "I'll try anything."

"Plus, it was fun," Seth added. Leah, kind of glared at him, I bet she didn't want him doing it, but she couldn't be a hypocrite.

Seth just gave her a cheeky grin.

"Leah, you should come over and hangout sometime, I mean I know you're older then us, we should still chill, you can spend the night tonight after the barbeque, and we can make drinks, talk, chill, smo-..." Lilly started

"Okay blabbermouth, I agree to come, but I don't think i condone you little minors drinking." She snorted, obviously joking.

"Girl, you are like what, three years older then us." Kayline said laughing.

"you didn't invite me." Paul sent a flirtatious wink Lilly's way.

"and i wonder why." Leah stated.

Seth just laughed at us all as we approached the beach.

There were lots of people I didn't recognise. Some I did. There was a man in a wheelchair, who looked a lot like Jacob. A woman who looked like Leah, was standing near him and they were talking. I saw and man, and a girl with 3 horrible scars on her face, that was otherwise pretty, sitting and holding hands, Jared and Kim, Embry, Quil, and Jacob, were all approaching us.

"Looks like this is going to be fuuun!" Lilly stated.

I was still standing by Leah, when Jacob approached. She gave me an awkward smile and went to talk to the woman i assumed was her mom.

"Hey beauty!" Jake said smiling.

"Hey Beast!" I said turning his greeting into a joke.

He chuckled. " aww you have jokes, I see."

"I didn't know you'd made new friends", Jake continued, referring to the fact that I'd showed up with Leah, Seth, and Paul.

"Especially Paul!" Jake winced when he said it.

"hey, pauly's cool!" I defended him, Paul may have been a huge flirt, but he was alright.

"I can't believe you're getting along with Leah."

"yeah." I said smiling up at him as we were walking towards the group of people, "she's staying at my place tonight."

He shot me a shocked look then just smiled and shook his head while stating, "you definitely bring out the best in people."

As we walked over, everyone was introduced. "This is Anala, but call her A.j, Lilly, and Kayline." Embry introduced.

"I'm Billy Jake's, dad." the man in the wheelchair stated. We all shook his hand saying hi. He paused for a moment after shaking my hand and said, you really are beautiful, took a second, and said, you all are. I blushed, happy that Jake's dad already liked me.

"i'm Sue," the woman next to Billy said, "Leah, and Seth's mom." Again we three shook her hand.

"I'm Sam, and this is my fiance Emily." We shook both their hands while Emily said "Hi, I'm Emily its nice to meet you. Everything's ready, so hopefully you girls came with an appetite."
