Running with the wolves

A new place to get high.

After finally arriving at our new house, unpacking, and watching the movers bring in the furniture, I was staring at myself in the mirror. What in hell's closet had I been complaining about. This house was so goddamn perfect. I had the whole basement to myself, courtesy of me pouting and we had two spare bedrooms after we all chose. It was like a mini version of those houses on cribs. We had a giant backyard, and a huge deck on our house. Those were my favorite parts, minus my bedroom. We had two, not one, but two living rooms. One was definitely going to be a recreational room. Mom had already ordered the pool table. The theater chair styled sectional and 76in TV just added to the houses allure. It was definitely worth coming in the middle of the school year for. One whole Side of my room was a mirror, and boy was I in heaven. I was just staring at myself in it, smiling like and idiot. This fuckin' rocked.

I heard a door open and snapped out of my gaze to turn around.

Lilly and Kayline were standing with their mouths open gaping and the mirror as I had, only seconds ago. "You like huh!" I said.

"Fuck yeah," Kayline and Lilly said at the same time. They weren't that close, but they tolerated each other because of me.
"So, we wanted to go down to the beach bitch, you comin' or not." Kayline asked.
"There's a beach?" i asked.
"Der bitch" Lilly said sarcastically, "Now just come on, and bring the stuff."
Lilly was so short and bossy. She had the prettiest wavy, flowing hair and angular face. Some times she looked like a midget goddess. She was a fair shade of olive skin and had a fuck everyone attitude. Kayline on the other hand was about my height, at 5'6, caramel, had squinty almond shaped eyes, despite her being Mexican and black ethnicity. She was a curvy girl, but she slim at the same time.

I wished I were as pretty as them sometimes. I was pretty too, but i was chubby. I had a heart-shaped face, with medium brown eyes, i had medium length curly, black hair. I had copper colored skin. I had all the curves but that little extra, that made me chubby. Still pretty though.

I had a gap for peeps sakes. Right in the middle of my two front teeth. But i couldn't ever see myself without it.

I was looking for the weed stash getting excited. We were going to the beach baby. And we were going to find a new smoking spot, meet some potential new friends and just chill. Great way to Spend your day in a new town. La Push was starting to sound good. Or maybe I was just excited about the weed.

The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes. When we got there no one was there, which was great.

Far off in the distance I noticed a cliff. "We should go up there and smoke." I stated plainly.
"Nun uh, fuck that." Lilly said freaking out, "we're gonna die if we go up there." It was always like her to freak out.
"Someone's a bit of a vagina today i see" I said, lighting a spliff I had pulled out of my metal cigarette holder. I didn't smoke cigarettes though.
Kayline was laughing.
"We rolled like six spliffs, and if we were planning on smoking all of those and going on a cliff, we are going to die!" Lilly screamed.
Kayline and I were laughing so hard now. Lilly's little panic attacks were always so funny. "Okay chill dude," I said, as Kayline snatched it out of my mouth, due to me not passing it, "We'll go sit over there on those logs next to the woods."
She looked relieved.

We were all just sitting on the logs, in the middle of the beach, getting high. We were so gone that we were oblivious to the 4 guys approaching us.

"Umm are you guys seriously smoking pot in public." One with a husky voice asked. We all looked up startled at first but then started laughing.
"Dude chill, we're on a beach and we're on the freaking west coast for peeps sake." I said in between giggles. My laughing had calmed down and I had noticed how beautiful they were. Especially the one who spoke. I looked at Lilly and Kayline to see if they'd noticed the boys standing in front of us and and by their silence and equally shocked expressions i'd seen that they too had noticed the beauty of the boys.
"Hi, you must be new. I'm Seth." The youngest looking of the boys said. He was the only one not gawking.
"Yeah," I replied, "We just moved here today, I'm A.J. Well short for Anala Jai and this is Lilly, and Kayline, and why in Hells closet are you friends staring at us like that for?" Seth then looked up and yelled "Guys!"
"h-huh!" all three of them stuttered at the same time causing me Kayline and Lilly to laugh again.
"Sit down and chill with us."I told them.
"Uh," they all looked at each other for a moment and "We don't smoke." They all said.
I laughed a bit, "And no one is making you!"
With that they took a seat on the logs by us. In the awkward silence i took a moment to take in their beauty. The one who spoke first was russet colored, a complexion close to my own skin but he was a little more red and I was more brown. He had Jet black hair, cut into a fo-hawk style. His deep chocolate eyes had me mesmerised for a moment. His features we're my favorite. They were all cut with nice muscles and towering bodies. yeah they were tall and shades of yellows, browns , and reds. They were telling us their names now. "Jacob" "Embry" "Quill" they all said in order. So that was his name. Jacob. Jake. With the mesmerizing brown eyes.
"You have pretty eyes!" I blurted out loud to Jacob.
Lilly and Kayline were cracking up. So I just kinda laughed and said "What!... he does."
"I bet! we were all having a conversation about where we live and you've just been staring at his face the whole time!" Kayline said, busting out laughing again. I was going to crack her a good one, always busting me out like that. Jake just had this smirk on his face, but the got a serious look and asked, "Why do you guys smoke?"
"Yeah?" Embry asked, agreeing with Jacobs question.
I was thinking when Kayline replied, "Just to chill ya'know, being high is fun!"
"Yeah." Lilly and I agreed at the same time.
"Oh!" all four boys said.
Seth was looking a little curious when he asked, "Can I take a hit?" Embry smacked him up side the head and glared at him
"Hey!" Seth and I both said together.
"Let the kid at least try it," I said, "He needs experiences in life."
"No." Jacob, quil, and Embry all said at once, with the most serious expression on their face.

"Whoa! Okay! Whatever." Lilly said, pretending to be dramatic when Seth said, "Kid, for all you knew I coulda been older than you!"
"Yeah, true, but that boyish charm and smack up side the head told me otherwise." I smirked at him. Everyone started laughing.
We we all just hanging out and talking and it had been nice. We told them about were we came from and what we liked to do for fun. We were all just having a good time conversing.

We had left my house at like six something. It was now 8:30, which wasn't late, i was just tired from today's events, and probably the weed.
"Guys," I said standing up, "It was nice meeting you, but I'm extremely tired and I wanna go make love to my bed in my giant ass new room!"
Everyone kinda laughed and then Kayline said, "Me too!"
Which made everyone laugh even harder.
"What?" Kayline asked clueless. "You wanna go make love to her bed too." Lilly said flooding with laughter.
Which made me laugh even more. "Okay. We definitely gotta hang out with you guys again." I said, breathing heavily from laughing. "Yeah." Embry and Quill both said simultaneously. Embry gave me, Kayline ,and Lilly a hug. and so did Seth. Quill and Jacob just kinda stared at us and gave us an awkward wave bye.
"Hey A.J. do you guys wanna go to... I don't know, get ice-cream or something tomorrow?" he was so cute, that jakey was. I could tell he was addressing me specifically, but i found it so polite that he had made a way to invite my friends too.
"Yeah," I replied. "What time though?"
"Um well how about two, me and the guys would be by to pick you guys up, but give me your number so you can text me your address." He said with a smirk.
I gave him my number and they started to walk off and right when i was about to turn around Jake looked at me with this smirk still on his face. I just knew he was going to say something smart. "Btw. A.J, I'm only being this nice cause you don't have any other friends here, and since were the coolest guys around..." he was cut off by me rushing him. I was acting like i was gonna tackle him, but i just hugged him around the waist since he clearly stood about 2 feet taller then me, and laughed. "We'll see about that one Jacob.
He just laughed and said, "I have to be the coolest guy around since your hugging me like you miss me and I haven't even left yet, not to mention you just met me an hour and a half ago."

I let go. He was Right. What was wrong with me. Everyone else was laughing, and I just kinda turned around. "Lets go" I said to my girls. "Later Anala." Jacob said, remembering my full name. I didn't say anything. I just kept walking. Honestly, what was with me?
