I try and build my hoard;
And while I sit there bored:

Oh God bring me back toward,
Something more than me.
A life that can live free.
God please free me from futility.
Because I don't know how to be,

What I need to be.
Because down here on this earth,
I've lived for myself.
I've lived in my brokenness.
I built my great boat, out of sin.
My ark of great girth.
Needs destruction.
Needs a shattering.
I need You to shatter it.
Cast it out upon the rocks.
Come and show me,
Show me how we can build a boat together.
A boat that will tether,
My heart to Yours.
