Hi Loves! Thanks for all your comments/votes/support. I do not deserve you all!

This chapter is really just some cuteness to indulge in.

I woke up feeling oddly well-rested.

Pulling the soft down blanket further up to my chin, I burrowed into the soft layers beneath me. My bed felt a little too comfortable. That's when my eyes shot open.

This is Anakin's bed.

The events of last night came rushing back along with the surge of happiness in my heart. And despite the soreness that ached in between my legs, I wouldn't have changed a thing. A lazy smile spread across my face as I turned to my side, hoping to see the handsome Jedi next to me.

But he wasn't there.

I felt my eyebrows pull together in confusion as I extended my arm into the empty space he should be occupying. Unable to deny the flicker of disappointment that sprung to life in my gut, I lifted my head hoping to see where he went.

"Over here, Remlik." His voice called out from behind me. I flipped around and saw him seated at his workstation, looking at me with a warm smirk. He tossed a screwdriver back into a pile of miscellaneous tools and stood up. I took note of his shirtless form as he approached me, so taut and chiseled and perfect in the morning light. The disappointment immediately transformed to butterflies.

"Morning" I said softly, the butterflies intensifying the closer he got. A giggle escaped from my throat when he bent down to kiss me on the top of my head before guiding his body over mine and rolling over into the empty space next to me.

"I didn't want to wake you." He said, pulling me into him so that my head rested on his chest. The feel of his cool skin, freshly kissed by the morning air felt nice against my cheek. But I found my body instinctually sinking into the ever-present warmth of his embrace. Breathing deeply, I inhaled his scent and it immediately had me feeling woozy and on the verge of sleep again.

"How long have you been awake?" I mumbled; my eyes fluttering shut as he began to draw light patterns on my back with his metal fingers.

"A few hours." He replied.

"Did you not sleep well?" I asked, lifting my head to lock eyes with him. He gently shook his head.

"Quite the contrary. I got a full five hours." He said, a soft smile playing at his lips.

I exhaled a chuckle. Five hours of sleep wouldn't be close to enough for any other regular person. "That's it?" I asked.

"That's the most I've slept consecutively for months." He retorted. Again, I was reminded that Anakin is not a normal person and doesn't require the standard eight hours.

"Good." I murmured, laying my head back on his chest. We laid like for a few more moments, wrapped up in each other's warmth and a comfortable silence. Anakin continued to draw indiscernible patterns on my skin as my head rose and fell on his chest in time with his breath. I have never felt so content. And honestly, I could have stayed like this, with him, forever.

"I like this." Anakin then whispered.

"Hmm?" I mumbled, snuggling further into him.

"You waking up in my bed. I like it." He elaborated. Biting my lip to contain a grin, I pressed a kiss onto his chest.

"I like it too." I said in a quiet voice. Leaving out the second part of that sentence; I want to wake up like this every morning. And just as I was losing myself in a fantasy of waking up in Anakin's bed for the rest of my life, reality hit me.
