8. His Care

Shivanya's pov

I was kept at the hospital for a week. Today, I would be getting discharged. Yay! I just hate hospital but it is like a second home to me now.

I was brought out from my thoughts by my dear husband. He had not left my side even for a second except when I needed to bath or use washroom. He would stand just outside the door.

In this week i understood, ansh is really possessive and protective of me. I remember, once a nurse by mistake while bandaging my forehead pressed a little hard and I had winced. Ansh fired her the next seconds. I mean not from hospital but from taking care of me.

"Where are you lost again? I have been calling you since long."

"Sorry, i was thinking about you only."

"Is it? I am right here then why imagine me?"

"I want to go home."

"I know, Dad is bringing the car. He will call me once he reaches here."

We both talked for sometime until his phone rang. It was dad telling him that he is here. Ansh carried me downstairs while aman had came up to carry all the luggage.

Ansh made me sit in the backseat and sat beside me.

"Ansh, go help aman with luggage."

"Baccha, it's just one bag. He can handle it."

"Yeah, he is right. Aman will handle it." Dad spoke too.

I just nodded and kept my head on his shoulder.

"Tired?"

"Hmm."

"Sleep, I will take care of you." I nodded and soon drifted off to sleep.

Next time when I woke up I was in our bed. I looked around and saw him sitting on the couch typing on his laptop. I sat with difficultly.

"Ansh." He looked at me and came to my side quickly.

"Why did you wake up? Are you okay?" He asked placing pillows behind my back.

"What time is it? I am hungry."

"It's afternoon and wait for me I will bring you some food." He turned to leave.

"Ansh?" I called out. He turned back to me again.

"Yeah?"

"Can you bring something spicy?"

"No dear not allowed. I am going to be strict about your diet."

"Okay." I agreed immediately.

"God! Throw a tantrum or something."

"Why? Whatever you think for me will be right for me."

"So much trust?"

"You earned it." He smiled at me.

"I will be back and yeah after you are well I will take you out."

"Like a date?"

"Do you want it to be a date?"

"Yes."

"Then it will be a date." I smiled sweetly at him and he left.

He came back with food and fed me. Later, he made me have medicine. We were talking when there was a knock on the door.

"Come in." He yelled.

Ru entered and walked slowly towards us. She stood beside ansh fiddling with her fingers. He noticed it and stood up holding her hands softly in his.
