I'm so tired of being who my mom wants me to be. I want to be ME. A girl who likes YouTuber merch, and wants my hair a different way, and wants to like certain bands, and dress a certain way. But I have to fake my way through life being someone I'm not.
I just got in a fight with her about a bathing suit. I like it on me but she doesn't so SHE is going to throw it away. And she wants ME to use MY money to buy a new one. And she wants to use MY money to buy other stuff I don't want. I'm actually saving my money for something. I'm actually saving my money for something I ACTUALLY want. Not shorts for church like she wants me to buy. Or a new bathing suit when I have 4 that still fit.
I'm not overreacting am it? I really need your advice. I trust you guys.
