TJ'S P.O.V.
I kiss Kia on more time and she is slowly disappearing. Fading away. I hear things. Beeping. And a ringing in my ear.
I open my eyes and look around. Everything is blurry. I see a figure. It's saying something, but it's muffled. It soon comes into full focus. It's my dad.
"He's awake!" He yells. He yells more and more and runs out of the room.
When he comes back Kai is with him. I look at my arm. Which is still attached to my body.
I ponder. I'm confused and puzzled. Was I dreaming. Was that a nightmare?!
"How ya feeling? " Kai asks.
"Good. So my arm wasn't amputated?!" I ask. Confusion fills their faces.
"What are you talking about? " they ask.
"I woke up and the doctor told me my arm had to be amputated! " I said.
"You haven't been awake til now. You must have been dreaming. " Kai says.
Oh thank God! I kiss my arm and Kai laughs. The doctor tells how they were successful and explained how to care for my stitches.
The dream is almost the same as reality. My father goes to eat. Kai sits on the bed with me. We kiss. I ask her the same thing. We smile, laugh and kiss some more.
I'm just happy to have my arm and be awake. And to now know that I have the most amazing girlfriend in the whole entire world.
