TJ'S P.O.V.
Kai and I got out of the water dried off a little and got into the beach patrol jeep and ride to the station.
"I'll let you off with a warning. We'll let you go back, get your car and take you home. But next time and I hope that there will not be a next time you will have to pay the fine or do the time." The officer said. Kai and I nodded and the officer takes up back out to the jeep and drives us to the beach.
We arrive at the beach. The officer hooks up the front of my car to the back of the jeep and tows it to Kai's apartment.
When we get there the officer (who did not wear a name tag and would not tell us his name so lets call him a 'jick'. P.S. 'jicks' are people I call who are jocks but act like dicks) walks us to the apartment door.
Kai and I are both still soaking wet and freezing cold.
Officer "Jick" knocked on the door and her mom comes running to the door. She opens it and lets out a moan then look at the officer.
"Excuse me ma'ma, but is this your daughter?" Officer "Jick" asks her mom. "Yes that is my daughter. where were you?" she says then asks Kai. "I'm sorry mom, but while you and my "dad" were "busy", TJ and I were just out having a little fun." Kai says as she hugs my arm. I blush and look down at her.
"Well get in here you two. you're soaking wet." Kai's mom says. "like we couldn't already notice." Kai says. her mom just looks at her and sighs.
KAI'S P.O.V.
my mom talks to the officer and to clarify that she actually was my mother.
"So TJ, do you want me to call your parents?" mom asked him. "Um, sure i guess. im going to be grounded though. no doubt." TJ said. i couldn't help but laugh. "Oh don't worry TJ, so will she," she says. i groan. "oh, don't act surprised." my mom says next.
i go and sit on the sofa but my mom told me to get up and sit in the bathroom 'cuz she didn't want her sofa all wet. so TJ and i head to the bathroom and sit on the floor.
"I had a lot of fun." i say to him. he smiles and says "Yeah, so did I ." I smile and he leans in to kiss me but my mother comes in and groans and says "TJ your parents are here."
I walk TJ to the door and tell him bye. I then slip him a piece of paper. I wave good bye and close the door and as soon as I do I hear his dad start to yell at him.
I turn around and slide down the door and I am now sitting on the floor. "We will discus your punishments in the morning. now, get to bed." my mom says to me and I get changed and jump in to bed.
And all I feel, in my stomach is butterflies, the beautiful kind that make me feel like, I just want to know you better, know you better, know you better now. I just want know you better, know you, know you.
