Lilith laughed as she fell. Falling was normal occurrence for her.

She fell from heaven, she fell in hell.

She fell and fell and fell.

Lilith threw her head back as she yelled into the winds, arms spread wide and teeth's bared to the world.

Blood scorched her skin, ran blazing trails down her back, her thighs, her ankles, her feets. Winds whispered false promises in her ears like prayers.

Death breathed burning kisses
against her shoulders, where the wings joined the harness. The sun painted everything in gold.

Lilith screamed in pure joy, the wave of insanity passing through her veins as she snapped her wings open but didn't attempt to use them.

Aside from her, she could hear Percy scream. The boy would have laughed at her insanity if he saw her right now, but he was too busy falling.

Lilith smiled once again towards the sky and splashed in the water. Her wings cushioned her fall as she landed safely in water. Percy fall just beside her, his hand tightly held hers.

Lilith turned as she saw Percy was okay. The boy gave her a wide eyed look with she returned with a smile as she was consumed with darkness again.

Lilith gasped as she again woke up on the same garden, everything was same. She wore the same purple gown.

Lilith got up and traced her path like the last time but ended up in the same place again.

She was getting frustrated. She wanted to see them again. Lilith was no fool. She knew they were someone very powerful. A powerful deity. So she could only meet them when they wanted.

Lilith chosed the opposite path this time, she tucked her saare up as she made her through the other side of the garden.

After walking for what it felt like five minutes she heard some voices. A man was humming the same tune the lady hummed that day. He was wearing loincloth and he had horns on his head.

Lilith's eyes widened. She had seen horns on head before, but these horns were bigger. Almost as big as cow's horns. She slapped her mouth shut and hid behind the bush when the man passed her.

Lilith followed him. The man was oblivious of her but she had a gut feeling that this wasn't real.

It was more like a memory.

She reached on the side of a waterfall where she saw the other pale lady. The lady this time wore a beautiful white gown with red rubies. Her hairs were adorned with flowers. She was making something with the mud.

Lilith had a rush of adernaline that she stood up. She wanted to confirm that, can they see her or not.

She sighed in relief when the lady completely ignored her.

But who was she kidding, she failed to see the small lift of her lips.

The lady got up and collected her things and left. Lilith made her way slowly towards the statue she created.

Lilith stared at the statue. The statue looked familiar. She recognised the shape of eyes, lips, nose but she couldn't place her finger from where she know that statue from.

As soon as her hand reached to the statue, a voice interrupted her. "You shouln't be here yet."

Turning around she faced the same lady who drew the statue. "I..I-th-I don't..-" Lilith stuttered as she desperately found an excuse.

But to her relief, the lady smiled. The smile was so gentle, she felt her chest filled with warmth. "Your friends are getting worried, daughter. You should go."

Lilith's eyes widened, "No! No! Tell me where I am? Why am I here?!"

The lady smiled as she gently brushed her hands against Lilith's cheeks in a loving manner and the world around Lilith started to fade. The last words she heard was, "Wait untill the time comes, Fallen Angel."

"Gods! She isn't waking up!" Annabeth panicked.

"Percy! Giv- give her CPR !" Grover stuttered, his eyes wide in panic.

Percy looked at them like they have lost their minds. "I don't know how to give one!"

"Do something then!"

"What!? You are the brains here! You do something!!"

Lilith stirred, her head pounding with all the noises. She rubbed her head as she tried to sit up.

"Guys! She is waking up!" She heard a familiar voice snap. Percy.

Lilith opened her eyes, as she adjusted with the light around her. She saw Percy holding her to his chest.

"Percy?" Lilith mumbled.

"Yeah, moonlight. Open your eyes." Percy whispered as he help her sit up. "We need to run."

Lilith asked confused as she tried to balance herself. "What?"

The other three demigods exchanged looks and Annabeth asked, "Lilith, you remember what happened right?"

Lilith glared at her. "Obviously I do. We jumped. And I-"

Percy raised a brow, "You?"

Lilith shook her head, "Nevermind. Why do we need to run? Can anyone explain?"

Before anyone could respond, they passed another reporter doing a news break, and they almost froze on their tracks when he said, "Percy Jackson. Mysterious Girl. That’s right, Dan. Channel Twelve has learned that they may have caused this explosion, the description of a young man and lady wanted by authorities for a serious New Jersey bus accident three days ago. And they are believed to be
traveling west. For our viewers at home, here is a photo of Percy Jackson and the Mysterious Girl.”

They ducked around the news van and slipped into an alley.

Lilith sighed, "You know what? Don't explain."

"First things first," she told them. "We’ve got to get out of town!"

Somehow, they made it back to the Amtrak station without getting spotted, well because of Lilith using some mist tricks.

They got on board the train just before it pulled out for Denver. The train trundled west as darkness fell, police lights still pulsing against the St. Louis skyline behind them.
