"Eta, you say?"

The sun was sinking behind the mountains by the time they found the water park.

Lilith scrunched her nose as her eyes examined her surroundings. Judging from the sign, it once had been called WATERLAND, but now some of the letters were smashed out, so it read WAT R A D.

The main gate was padlocked and topped with barbed wire. Inside, huge dry waterslides and tubes and pipes curled everywhere, leading to empty
pools.

She eyes looked around as she saw old tickets and advertisements fluttering around the asphalt.

Even though the night was coming, the place didn't gave a slight comfort to the Daughter of Nyx, besides it gave her a sad vibe.

"If Ares brings his girlfriend here for a date," Percy said, staring up at the barbed wire, "I'd hate to see what she looks like."

Lilith gave him a side eye "Percy," she warned. "Be more respectful."

"Why? I thought you all hated Ares."

Lilith rolled her eyes, "I don't hate Ares. He is the God of War, so it's natural for him to cause anger. And I like to get on his nerve."

Percy looked at her confused while the other two rolled their eyes.

Lilith smirked at the Ocean eyed boy, "He's still a god. And his girlfriend is very temperamental."

"You don't want to insult her looks," Grover added.

"Who is she? Echidna?" Percy asked and Lilith winced.

"No, Aphrodite," Grover said, a little dreamily. "Goddess of love."

"I thought she was married to somebody," Percy said. "Hephaestus."

"What's your point?" Lilith asked.

"Oh." Percy shrugged and looked towards the park. "So, how do we get in?"

"Maia!" Grover's shoes sprouted wings. Lilith whistled as he flew over the fence, did an unintended somersault in midair, then stumbled to a landing on the opposite side.

He dusted off his jeans, as if he'd
planned the whole thing. "You guys coming?"

Lilith smirked and made eye contact with the Daughter of Athena.

The girl looked at the Nightangel girl in warning, "Lilith, don't you dare."

The Nightangel girl ignored the blonds as she bent down, her eyes closing as she tried to concentrate on the energy around her. Her body absorbed all the energy the stars were providing as she tried to take control over her wings.

Percy was confused when he saw the girl bending down, her fingertips touching the land. For few seconds, nothing happened.

"What is she-?" Percy's question faded in the background when suddenly a wave of wind hit him directly in the face.

Percy stumbled back so hard that it took both Grover and Annabeth to prevent him from falling.

Lilith's eyes opened, her bright Amethyst one crashing with the Ocean green ones.

Percy's mouth hung open as he took in her new form infront of him. Her eyes were glowing bright amethyst as if the stars themselves were shining. Behind her was a pair of the largest wings he had ever seen. The beautiful silver and purple wings were majestic and huge that they couldn't even fit in the space she was standing. Her whole body was surrounded by purple mist now.
