THERE WERE MANY TIMES, almost all the times when Lilith was happy by just Percy's one look.

But now was not the time, he was friends with a Cyclope. No matter how sweet he was but still. Her Ocean eyes was really something.

Wait. Hers? No. What. Gross! Lilith ignored herself as she listened Annabeth rambled about how stupid Percy is to befriend a Cyclope.

"Really!? A Cyclope??" Annabeth snapped, her eyes wide in disbelief as she looked at Lilith. "What was he even thinking???"

Lilith sighed, "Beth. I know it's hard but we need to focus on camp right now. "

Annabeth took a deep breath. "You are right. But..."

Lilith saw the look on her face and sighed as she rubbed Annabeth's arm and the blonde rested her head on Lilith's shoulder.

Annabeth sniffled, "How are you, Lils? After Ethan and...?"

Lilith flinched a little, her mind flashed back to the boy so close to her heart. Ethan Nakamura's betrayal had hurted Lilith more then anything.

Before Lilith could say anything, she caught the site of Percy and the Cyclope. Lilith grabbed them by their shirts and pulled them off the streets as the fire trucks raced by, sirens wailling as they raced towards Meriwether Prep.

The girl pulled them further into the alley and closer to her, able to hide out from preying eyes.

Lilith sighed as Annabeth immediately turned to Percy, "Where the hell did you even found him??"

Lilith gave Annabeth a glare as Percy frowned, "He is my friend."

"Is he, like, homeless or something?"

"What does that have to do with anything." Percy rolled his eyes as he tried to make eye contact with Lilith who was giving Annabeth a look between glare and disappointment. "He can hear you, you know. Why don't you ask him?"

The blonde girl looked surprised. "He can talk?"

"I talk," the Cyclope admitted and pointed over Lilith who was facepalming. "That is the pretty girl!!"

Lilith looked at him surprised just like her friends did. "Hi?"

Percy turned fully towards the Cyclope now. "She is the girl you were talking about?!"

Lilith looked at them confused, her facial expressions mirrored Annabeth's.

"She bumped into me while I was going to English class." The Cyclope's eyes were wide as he stared in Lilith's eyes in awe. "Pretty eyes."

Lilith felt really weird, she was being complimented by a Cyclope now. "Thanks...I guess?"

"Moonlight. What were you even doing at my school?" Percy asked.

"I went to your home but you weren't there so I came to your school." Lilith shrugged.

"Are you stalking me, Moonlight?" Percy asked, his face gaining some red colour.

Lilith smirked, "yes."

Annabeth looked between them as she again did a once over at the Cyclope. "He can talk." She whispered, surprised.
