IV || "Thanks for telling me I smell"

It was midnight. Lilith was in the forbidden forest, exploring it.

The trees were so tall and the forest was so dense that it would be impossible for any normal person to look through it. But being a daughter of Nyx, she could see perfectly at night.

She roamed in the forest so deep that she was almost in the middle. That was when she saw a lake. The lake was sparkling bright blue, like the stars had fallen in it and was adorned with flowers.

She sat on a rock and dipped her legs inside the lake watching the fish coming near to her.

Water always fascinated her. It was unpredictable. Scary. Calm. Quiet. Comforting. Too much at once. She always felt a connection to water. It always bought her comfort like a lover's hug.

She was lost in her thoughts when she heard some shuffling behind her. Silently, she gripped her bracelet ready to strike if a monster come.

Slowly turning around she saw a something moving. It was completely blue. A horse maybe? Horses never liked her. But it was not a horse. It's eyes were glowing bright gold and it's whole body was covered with bright blue fur and was sparkling. It made it's way towards her almost challenging her to strike.

It suddenly shuffled a little and almost tripped and Lilith moved forward to help it. But the animal backed away and suddenly it's wings opened. The wings were completely lightest blue colour with a little sparkle on it. A thestarl.

Lilith slowly almost cautionly opened her own wings. Every member of the Nightangel family have a pair of wings. Her's was glowing purple and silver coloured.

The thestarl relax upon seeing those wings and Lilith bow a little. This thestarl was not like normal ones. This one was something different and powerful. It radiant power.

Lilith moved slowly towards it while maintaining an eye contact and touched its injured leg. The thestarl made no move a relaxed under her touch.

'Hello Daughter of Nyx'

"Did you just spoke to me??" Lilith asked almost jumping out of her skin.

'yes ofcource. I was waiting for you.'

"For me? What do you mean?"

'you'll know when the time come. Now can you please cure me?'

"I want to but i don't know how to!?" Lilith replied panicking by seeing the amount of blood flowing.

'are you a witch or not?'

"Oh." her eyes widening at the realisation as she pulled put her hand on the wound and muttered a spell Alabaster taught her.

She sighed, relaxed that she saved her.
