Chapter 12

A/N Get ready for a short chapter! But it's worth reading. Atleast I think it is...

And by the way, when Fitz said, "Can I atleast see what you think of us," I meant that he wants to see why he likes them, and then he can maybe help her choose. Just saying, in case you were confused. Some people were.

Sophie didn't go to Elwin's right away. It was late and she didn't want to wake him up. Plus, she had only thrown up once.

But now that it is morning, she has thrown up five times, including the first time, and she thinks she should go see Elwin. She doesn't know if light leaping will be ok to do, but she wasn't going to Havenfield and jumping off of the cliff.

She took a hot bath, instead of a shower, which help her feel better. Then, she brushed her teeth for five minutes so they were clean and her breath didn't smell like throw up. Then she put on a black tunic and gray stretch pants, so she would be comfortable, and leaped to Elwin's.

When she got there, she felt nauseous, but she didn't throw up. She started humming her favorite human song, because she heard that humming helps with nausea. You can't throw up when you're humming!

She walked into the Healing Center and saw Elwin sitting at his desk. He looked up and had a huge grin on his face, light on it up. "Sophie! I haven't seen you for awhile. I thought you were done being clumsy and getting hurt." He laughed at his joke.

"Well, I am still clumsy because the other day I hurt my self on the Funslide at Funtime." She answered. "Yeah. I knew it wasn't possible for you to NOT get hurt. So, what's the problem?" He asked.

She sat down and said,"I keep throwing up. And I know that's a problem because Elves don't really get sick that much." Elwin frowned and said,"Well, let's take a look." He flashed a white orb on her and his frown turned even bigger. He sat down in his desk chair, took a deep breath and announced," You're pregnant."

A/N I guess that was lo ger than I expected. So. What should she have? A boy, a girl or twins?
