Tethered To My Mind

isolation

Isolation has a negative connotation,

associated with deprivation.

Lack of communication,

no skin to skin stimulation.

For me, it's really a vacation,

it avoids all humiliation.

I can catch up on organization,

and reevaluate my whole situation.

With continuation,

I sense a bit of starvation.

Not expressing in conversation,

or feeling any relation.

Total lack of variation,

it's a hopeless infatuation,

thinking there's possible salvation,

by spending my time in isolation.
