Wooyoung and Hongjoong talked for hours, opening up about their pasts and learning a lot about each other. While in the middle of laughing at one of Wooyoung's anecdotes, there was a knock on their door.
Wooyoung got up and opened the door to find San, Faye and a girl he had never seen before standing in the hallway.
"Ah, there goes my plan to avoid you guys for the whole year," Wooyoung joked.
"Shut up. I know you'd be bored without me," Faye replied.
"This is my roommate Hana and we're all going to the courtyard for a social thing," Faye then said.
"Apparently it's a Seacoast tradition," San added, smiling at Wooyoung.
"Sounds fun, just give me a second to get ready." Wooyoung said before opening the door more and inviting the group inside.
Hongjoong still sat at the edge of the window sill, dangling one leg off.
"Oh and guys, this is my roommate, Hongjoong," Wooyoung said gesturing at the boy by the window.
Hongjoong offered a passive wave and slowly looked from person to person. He saw how Faye resembled a shorter, more feminine version of Wooyoung. She had long black hair tied into a braid, but her face remained similar to her brother's. They both had lifted cheekbones, tan skin and beauty marks all over.
He then looked at Hana, who seemed to be more reserved and a little out of place. She crossed her arms and didn't really look up, but her fair skin and short, dark brown hair made her look equally as unique.
Finally Hongjoong made eye contact with San. It was awkward and quick as both boys diverted their eyes almost instantly, but Hongjoong could still see his wide frame, toned arms and inky black hair. He's hot Hongjoong thought, but was much too intimidated to say anything.
Faye broke the silent tension created by saying, "Hey Hongjoong, you look like you love to party." She then started walking towards him, smiling.
"Actually, not really." Hongjoong replied lightheartedly.
"Aw boo. You should come with us tonight, it'll be fun!" Faye prodded at him.
Something about Faye was that, no matter what, she would always make herself at home. She never met a stranger and was always overly comfortable with everyone.
Hongjoong reluctantly agreed before getting up and walking into his room to change clothes.
Wooyoung came out of his room after this, still wearing his ripped jeans, but instead of his sweater, he was wearing a black shirt with a low cut v-neck and a jean jacket. Instead of having his hairpins in his hair from earlier, he tied the long, top half of his hair into a ponytail.
"Hey Woo," San said to Wooyoung, reaching his arm out, giving a soft grin.
Wooyoung went under San's arm giving him a quick side hug and said, "Hey San'ah," with the same soft expression.
