Harry slowly blinked his eyes open, letting out a deep sigh as he stretched his arms. He rolled over to the other side of the bed and tapped on his phone screen to check the time. The glaring 11 AM on the screen made him groan inwardly. He had slept long, and the morning was almost over.

Feeling disoriented, Harry rolled onto his back and took a deep breath. The jet lag was finally catching up to him. He wasn't sure how long he had slept on the floor, but he remembered waking up later to find the lights off and Y/n sleeping peacefully in the bed. He had noticed the emerald-green throw blanket draped over his body, and he couldn't help but smile, knowing that it was Y/n's doing. But he still felt bad for falling asleep instead of taking her to dinner.

After stripping down to his boxers, Harry climbed into bed beside Y/n, holding her close. He was grateful that she was warm because he had been shivering. Now, hours later, Harry wasn't sure how long they had slept, but the sleep quality was impeccable. However, some of that lethargy still lingered, and Harry could feel it in his bones.

He dragged his hand down his face and glanced at Y/n, who was already awake. Her beautiful, tired eyes, a shade of y/e/c, gazed sleepily at him. "Good morning, beautiful," Harry said, his voice still deep from the sleep. "Or really afternoon. It's almost noon."

"Really?" Y/n croaked, rubbing her eyes. "Have we slept the entire morning away?"

"I think so," Harry replied, rolling onto his side. He wrapped an arm around Y/n's waist, pulling her close. Y/n hummed and rested her hands on Harry's chest, tracing the lines of his dove tattoos.

"Sorry about last night," Harry apologized. "I wanted to take you somewhere nice on our first night in Paris."

"Aww, don't worry about that, Haz. Jet lag can be powerful," Y/n grinned at Harry. He scrunched his nose up at her in affection before nudging it against hers in an Eskimo kiss.

"We've got plenty of time to have that romantic dinner," Y/n added after their Eskimo kiss. "But I think today, we should just stay in bed and order in like I suggested last night," she playfully chided.

"I think you're right, babe," Harry replied, kissing Y/n's left cheek. "Besides," he kissed her right cheek. "There are other activities..." he kissed her jaw. "...that we could get up to..." he kissed her neck. "....if we stay in bed." Lastly, he kissed Y/n's lips, making her giggle. "Why don't you worry about your hunger needs first, before your other needs," she joked, making Harry pout.

"Such a tease you are," he replied, making Y/n giggle again.

The rest of the day was spent in the comfort of their hotel room, enjoying the delicious meals catered to them. They spent the afternoon watching cartoons and cuddling in bed, discussing their plans for the rest of the trip. It was a perfect day spent with each other, and they were grateful for the time they had.
