During an interview, Harry couldn't resist praising his best friend, Y/n. "She's the best," he said, grinning from ear to ear. "I've known her since year 6. It was so cool to have a friend from the States back then. I remember everyone in school asking her to pronounce different words, wanting to hear her American accent."
The interviewer noticed how Harry's face lit up when discussing Y/n. "Are you in love with her?" they asked, hoping to provoke a reaction from Harry. Harry smiled coyly, knowing his feelings for Y/n were more than friendship. However, he didn't want to reveal his feelings to the world.
"She's the best, and our friendship is so special to me," he replied in his trademark roundabout way. "I couldn't live without her." As Harry continued talking about Y/n, it was evident that their friendship was genuinely exceptional. He spoke about how they supported each other through thick and thin. Y/n being Harry's number one fan in his music career, and Harry cheering Y/n on as she pursued uni. He talked about how they had grown up together over the years, through every change.
Despite the interviewer's attempts to extract more information about Harry's feelings for Y/n, he remained tight-lipped. He knew their friendship was too crucial to risk and was content to keep his feelings to himself.
As the interview ended, Harry couldn't help but feel grateful for the fantastic person that Y/n was and for the bond that they shared. He knew their friendship would last a lifetime, and he was excited to see what the future held for them both.
