Afterwards, they collected the report and said that the artist battle showcase had come to an end and we could interact with everyone.

we all immediately went to our family and friends. I went to my parents. immediately hugging both of them.

"妈(mom)，爸(dad)" I called as tears threatened to fall any second. "我好想你们,我真的真的好想你们 ( I missed you, I really really missed you)" I told them.

"you did well, good job," my father told me. my mom placed both her hands on my cheeks, " what he meant to say is that we're glad you're doing well and that you're happy and healthy. we were so proud when you were performing up there, should've seen the smile on your old man's face. we're both so proud of you and happy for you. " she told me, tears begin to waterfall out of my eyes.

all this while I've been building up a wall, telling myself I've been here in planet world the whole time and that I didn't miss my family. then when I see them the walls break immediately, and I start to feel all the pain and emotions I've been trying to avoid.

they're proud of me. I'm so happy. I'm actually so so happy.

my father does not often show his emotions, most of the time it's like he's a stone and that he only knows how to scold. when I was younger he would always scold me, and never once did he praise me or say that he loved me.

but as I grew older I realised that scolding is his way of showing that he cares and loves me. so today, with all the words he told me I'll forever cherish it and remember every sentence they said.

I talked to my parents for a long time when suddenly a "hellooo" came. it was my team. "ah this is my team" I said and was about to introduce them when my mom said, "Ah I know, I watch the shows. they're all so handsome and tall"

we talked for a while and they dispersed leaving behind Keita, Park Hanbin and taerae. "these are my best friends, plus all them you know the other Yuehua trainees." I pointed at them showing my parents.

they nodded. " I know Hanbin and Keita takes great care of my daughter, thank you she can be a lot at times. like super crazy and stupid. " my mom said

we received our interim report back in the practice room where were once again seated in a semicircle. I opened the interim report. then closed it looking at everyone as my lip begins to tremble. I opened the report again and stared at it reading everything before reading it aloud.

Jiaqi it's us, your parents," I said my voice breaking as I took a deep breath.

I read trying to swallow the lumps in my throat, as tears rolled down my cheeks uncontrollably. I flipped to the next page and it was hanbins one so I passed it to him.

perhaps, they're not that evil after all. After reading all the letters we were all crying and holding onto each other hands for comfort. As well as giving each other hugs.

a/n : can I js say I cried while writing this. I was trying to feel the emotions and I actually started crying. I hope you guys cry too. if you didn't, please pretend you did.
