Sonic, Freedom Planet and RWBY react to Regular Show - Season 2

First Day

"So we're about to see how they got a job at the park." Ruby said, thinking.

Sonic nodded. "This is where it all begins."

The episode begins with a montage of Mordecai and Rigby's first day at the park as "I'm Alright" by Kenny Loggins plays, Mordecai's alarm starts to beep at "8:15AM".

Mordecai: *awes* Alright, dude, time to get up. (Rigby whines) Come on, Rigby. (Rigby whines more.) Dude, get up. We gotta get ready for work.

Rigby: (sits up) Okay, okay. (grunts)

Mordecai: (stands up) Dude, this is so cool. I never got a job that got you a place to live.

Rigby: I never even had a job.

Rigby gets the dirty clothes off of him while Mordecai is watching him struggle getting it off.

Mordecai: Yeah, about that. (Rigby gets up and puts the dirty clothing in one corner.) I kinda told them you'd be a good idea to hire, so can you try not to do the whole "Rigby thing".

Rigby: "Rigby thing"? What do you mean?

Mordecai: I mean you're lazy.

Rigby: What? I'm not lazy.

"Future Rigby says hello." Manic said.

Mordecai: Dude, you were too lazy to fill up the application for this job. That's why I had to vouch for you in the first place.

Rigby: (angrily) Just because I was too lazy to do something boring like filling in a job application doesn't mean I'm lazy.

"Well, not only are you lazy, you don't learn your lesson from the mistakes that you've caused." Weiss points out.

Mordecai: Okay. Okay. Look. Let's just both promise that starting right now we're not gonna do anything to screw this up. Okay?

Rigby: Okay. You think there's breakfast stuff in the kitchen?

Mordecai thinks...

Mordecai: Only one way to find out.

The scene changes in the fridge where Mordecai opens it.

Mordecai: Milk... (he grabs the milk and takes it out closing the fridge)

Rigby: ...Cereal.

Gets the cereal.

They are both at the table and they both pour the milk and cereal into a bowl.

Mordecai & Rigby:...Combine.

"Well they're eager for breakfast." Tangle said, giggling. "Must be good cereal."

We then come to a space background with text saying "REGULAR SHOW CREATED BY J.G. QUINTEL". As movement can be heard, it cuts back to the kitchen. Rigby is about to eat the cereal, but Mordecai stops him.

Mordecai: (picks up a spoon) This is the only clean spoon left, dude. Let's play "punchies" for it.

"Whenever someone picks out a game they know they can win, it's not fair." Nora said.

Rigby: Me first.

Rigby punches Mordecai, but Rigby is shocked at how weak his punch was.

"And up to this day, Rigby, you're STILL weak." Sonia said, giggling.

Mordecai: (starts laughing, then punches Rigby harder)
