You scare me, but you make me feel calm,
You seem like my biggest fear,
But you're the safest place.
You brought the rage inside me,
But you let the child inside me live.
You made the person I never was.
I'm fighting my way for you,
But what if I'm alone in this battle, like ever?
I told you about my insecurities,
You said I'd find someone.
I told you about the heartbreaks,
You listened to them like nobody ever did.
You told me I was yours,
You made it feel like there's room for feelings somewhere in you.
Now how could you run away,
As if the whole thing was a lie?
Still, I'm fighting my way for you,
But what if I'm alone in this battle, like ever?
I wanted to say,
"Save me before I'd turn away from it forever."
Tell me to stay before you'll regret it, like forever.
Once, you asked whether I should be with someone I've loved,
And I said 'no.'
But this time, I keep coming back to you,
Going against my pride.
Hold me before my pride hits the way.
I'm fighting my way for you,
