Everytime I gaze upon the midnight skies
I always see the brightening moonlight
I just feel it calming every time I see it
But the most painful thing is that
It resembles how you treated me
I remember how you shined like the moon
I remember how you are very calm to me
I remember everything,
everytime I gaze upon the moonlit
While my eyes are still looking,
upon the moonlight
I see light, peace and hope.
