Chapter 4

"Well... this is your car. It-it smells like you." Dallace says with a blush as I start to drive away from the building.

"It smells like me? Do I smell in a bad way?" I say questioningly.

"No no! Of course not, you smell wonderful. Your scent is so sweet... and nice and-" Dallace dreamily says as he continues on about how lovely you smell.

  You arrive to your house after a long chat of some things you have in common. Things like music, books, movies, etc.

  You step inside your house, Dallace following after you. It was a cozy 2 bedroom house, not too big and not too small.

"Welcome to our humble abode!" I say happily as I turn to Dallace, his hands full with his luggage. "So, what do you think?"

"I think it looks beautiful." He says. "Not more beautiful than you of course."

I smile and let out a laugh.

"Smooth~ How about I show you to your room so you can get settled in." I say.

"Oh... were not- sharing a room..?" He asks as he stares at me with disappointment.

"Well, I just think you should settle into my guest bedroom for now so you can have some privacy. We'll share a bedroom eventually though, only if you feel comfortable with it that is."

"Oh definitely! 100% comfortable! You can decide anything for me, you know that right? You can tell me to do anything at all and I'll do it." Dallace says, his voice firm with seriousness.

"Oh, well I-I'm glad you'd be comfortable with it!" I say nervously, avoiding the last part he said. "Anyway, let's go to your temporary room so you can finally put those bags down."

"Oh, yeah you're right. Thank you for being so considerate... you're so kind to me." He says dreamily once again.

  I smile warmly at him and turn, walking towards the stairs to head up to Dallace's new temporary room. He follows after me and we walk in. He sets down his things and I leave him to unpack while I prepare us food.

  I call for Dallace to come downstairs to eat, it was dinnertime now. He comes racing down the stairs immediately after I call for him.

"I can't wait to try your food. I'm sure it's really good." He says happily as he watches me prepare the last finishing touches.

"Here you are, I hope you like it. I'm not used to making food for two so hopefully the seasoning isn't too off." I say as I chuckle.

"It's delicious! This is so so so much better than any food I've ever tried!" Dallace says as he shoves his food into his mouth.

"Don't eat too fast you'll choke!" I scold.

"I won't!"

"Goodnight Dallace, if you need anything don't be scared to ask okay? No matter what time it is you can wake me. Even if it's for something small. I want you to feel safe with me alright?."

Dallace face goes red and he covers his face with his hands. His little habit he does is so cute. I just can't help but feel butterflies in my stomach whenever he does it.

"T-thank you, I will..." He whispers shyly as he removed his hands from his face. "B-but uhm... I was thinking about us as I unpacked and I was thinking of how we call each other. Like how we could have pet names and nicknames for each other. You know... like c-couples do..." He says.

"Oh, well if you want then we can. I could call call you all sorts of pet names like... baby, love
sweat heart, and things like that if you'd like." I whisper as I smile.

"Yes, I-I'd love that. I-I could call you darling, if you like that pet name, if you hate it I can change it immediately! I'd never ever ever call you that again if you don't want me to!" He scrambles with his words with panic.

"No no! I love it! It sounds adorable!"

"You think so..?"

"Of course! And what would you want me to call you as a nickname?"

"Anything you want is fine. Even better than fine, anything you want to call me is a perfect nickname for me!"

"Okay! How about... Dally?"

"Yes! Yes i-it's perfect! I love it so so so much darling." He half shouts with a huge smile.

I blush at him calling me darling. The way he said it was adorable. He's adorable, I really couldn't ask for more.

I giggle and say,"You should get some rest now Dally, you've had a long day."

"Yeah you're right darling." He says dreamily.

"Goodnight."

"Goodnight." He says.

Before I stand up from his bed he leans in and kisses me on the head. I was taken aback by his sudden affection and blushed embarrassingly hard. Dallace only laughed and laid down under his covers, ready to sleep.
