Chapter 17

"DALLACE!" I scream with delight.

Dallace's eyes land on me the second the doors are open, lighting up with pure joy as a huge smile creeps onto his delicate features.

"Y/N..." He says relieved.

  I want to jump into his warm embrace. But before I could take a single step, Newton grabs my wrist and pulls me forcefully to him. I'm soon in the grasp of Newton's hands as I struggle to get out. Dallace's eyes furrowed, quickly rushing towards me.

"Get away from her you filthy-!" Newton gets  abruptly cut off.

"Me!? Ryan you get your filthy hands off her, she's mine!" Dallace says firmly.

  Newton struggles to keep his grip on me, especially when I'm fighting with him too. Finally, I get out of his tight grasp and Dallace pulls me behind him swiftly.

"Guards where the hell are you!?" Newton shouts in fury.

  Newton looks towards the door in major confusion. Where had all his guards gone?? Dallace speaks up, once again gaining Newton's attention. "I dealt with them, and that's all you need to know. Now answer me this Ryan, what the hell is wrong with you? After all that effort you put into being normal? Seriously!? I thought you got better!" Dallace shouts.

"Stop calling me Ryan!" Newton says panicked as he glances at me.

  Newton solemnly comments on the name part, ignoring all the other 'unimportant' statements. That way, none of it was ever said, at least to Newton's efforts. Dallace, noticing the glance, gives a bit of a chuckle as a smirk appears onto his face.

"You haven't told her yet? I would've thought you had already, since you seem to want to talk with her all the time." Dallace says mockingly.

  Newton only glares at Dallace. But that name... Ryan. Where had I heard that name from? What had Newton not told me yet? And why is the name Ryan so familiar??

"Who's Ryan?" I ask confused.

"Sweetie, Newton is Ryan. He lied to you." Dallace says.

"No! I'm not Ryan. Dallace shut your fucking mouth!" Newton says furiously as he clenches his teeth. "Look, I'll let her go with you. Just... don't you dare tell her, promise me you won't."

"Oh so we're making promises now? Funny, I don't remember you promising you'd try and get rid of me. Nonetheless, kidnap what's mine!." Dallace replies furiously.

"Dallace, come on." Newton pleads.

"Fine... Just don't bother us. Ever. Understood?" Dallace says firmly once again.

"Yeah, whatever. Just... don't let me see her any longer..."

  Dallace looks like he's very furious. He's starring at Newton as if he's prey, but for some reason it also looks like he pities Newton. But why the hell would he pity him!? And what did he say about Newton-Ryan getting better?? I have so many questions that will most likely go unanswered.

"I let you two talk, but come on. You're Ryan and not Newton? But how does that make a difference in this situation? And what haven't you told me??" I ask.

"You don't even remember me..." Ryan says as his eyes widen in disappointment.

"Y/N, it's better if  you don't know. Come on, let's just go." Dallace says as he turns.

"But Dallace-!" I start.

Dallace drags me towards the door, but when I look back I see Ryan with tears forming in his eyes. He looks at me with sorrow.

"Ryan!" I say, my eyes light up with recognition as I loosen my grip from Dallaces hands.

"Y/N don't-!" Dallace starts as he extends his hand towards me.

"Ryan! You're the one who helped me find Dallace at the Yandere Center!"

I love how Y/N is so uninvolved in the situation 😭 Also tysm for so much support! I haven't been on this app for quite awhile but will try to be more active. I have lots of things planned for the next few chapters. Tbh with you all, I kinda came up with that plot twist as I was writing this so if it seems scuffed that's mb 😓
