I was at the grocery store, looking for any sign of the bread Dallace especially liked. You looked around, making sure to read every brand name carefully. After a few moments there was no sign of it. I gave a huff of disappointment.
"Hey, are you looking for this?" A voice beside me spoke.
I look to my side in a bit of surprise. I see a man at least 5 inches taller than me. He was looking at me with an odd but welcoming smile. I realize that I'm bent over, because of the fact I was looking at the bottom shelves closely. I scramble to my feet in a hurry.
This is when I actually take a look at the man. He had brown short hair, light brown eyes, which were big and pretty. He was obviously British by his accent aswell. Although he was quite eye catching, the first thing I noticed was his long eyelashes. Oh how I wished I had lashes as long and luscious as his. Why do men always have quality's I would love?
"Uhm, excuse me? You're looking for this aren't you?" The man repeats himself.
I snap back into reality, realizing I was starring at him for what I assume was a few seconds. Instead of answering, I look to his hands. There it was, the bread!
"Yes, I am!" I say eagerly, my eyes lighting up with the sight.
I look up at his face once again with a wide smile plastered on my face. His was, again, oddly the same as mine, happy.
"Well I hope I saved you a bit of trouble then." He says, handing me the loaf.
"Oh, thank you! You're so generous!" I say.
"But of course. May I ask for your name?"
"It's Y/N, yours?"
"What a stunning name you have. My name is Newton."
"Nice to meet you Newton!"
"Nice to meet you too Y/N."
"Thanks for the bread, I'll-"
"Before we depart, may I have your number? Not for anything more than to just chat of course."
"Oh uhm... I'm not so sure."
"No problem at all if you don't want to. I won't take it to heart." He chuckles.
I look at him, he didn't look untrustworthy, but he also didn't look trustworthy either somehow. There was no reason for you to think of him as not trustworthy, as he's been nothing but nice to you. But would Dallace really...? I mean, having friends isn't a bad thing right? I'm sure he'd understand.
"On second thought... why not?" I say with a slightly nervous smile.
Newton's eyes light up, looking happier than ever. His smile and demeanor was off, what was off about it? I just can't put my hands on that part quite yet.
"Here you are then. Maybe we could go out for coffee sometime."
"Sounds like fun! I'll see you later then."
"See you."
I turn and walk away from him. This was the last thing on my list, so all I had to do was pay and go back to my loving Dally. My phone was already buzzing with messages from him.

No one's POV
| —— —— —— —— |As you walked away without another thought about Newton, more of Dallace than anything else. Newton was already fantasizing about you and him together. As a couple, picking up your favorite bread off the shelves not Dallaces, on your weekly stop to the shops.
And of course about your soon to be coffee date. Oh how much fun he'd have, just listening to your angelic voice. You would be only paying attention to him and only him. Not to stupid Dallace. He would always have your upmost, undeserving, attention. But Dallace didn't deserve it, no one deserved it. No one on planet earth deserved it but Newton. At least, that's what he believes.
Every step you took, farther and farther away from Newton was heartbreaking. He hated to see you go. He hated how short of an interaction the two of you had together. Although he did get your number. What a blessing he had achieved today.
That didn't take away the dreaded feeling of the thought of you going back home to your beloved Dallace. He would have to get rid of him, and soon.
