((/: A.N: Hey guys! Btw, thanks so much for continuing the journey with us this far! I hope you enjoy yourself, because I spent the whole night writing this! (I'm not joking...)

(((FLOWERKIT'S POV)))

I sat in my nest beside my littermates and Icepool. My mother was still asleep, and so where my sister and brother, but the huge cream cat on the other side of the room was awake.

Well, she wasn't huge, but she was bigger than me anyways.

"Excuse me," I squeaked.

She turned to look at me and I hoped I wasn't imagining the smile on her face.

"Who are you?"

"My name's Daisy. I stay in the nursery and help other queens out with theirs kit and kitting," Daisy explained.

She seemed fairly nice. Now to test that theory out.

"So will you let me go outside?" I asked hopefully.

"You're too young to leave the nursery," Daisy purred, "Icepool would be furious."

"Who's Icepool? And what's a nursery?" I wrinkled my muzzle.

"Icepool is your mother," Daisy once again seemed amused by me.

"Why do you call her Icepool? Her name is mom," I mewed stubbornly.

"Because that's her name. She's not everyone's mom, just yours." Daisy chuckled.

"I'm thirsty," I announced, hoping she would let me go outside.

"Are you?" Daisy raised one eyebrow.

"Well, no, not really, but I'm bored," I sighed.

"Wake up Icepool or one of your siblings. It isn't dawn yet though, so they'll be tired." Daisy warned.

I clambered back into the nest and placed my paws on Icepool's back trying to roll her over so she'd wake up. "Mommy, I'm bored," I whined.

Shadekit shifted on the other side of Icepool.

"Go back to bed," He sighed.

"I don't want to wake up yet!" Moonkit scowled and snuggled further into the moss.

"Flowerkit, sweetie, try to go back to sleep," Icepool mewed, her voice slurred with sleep.

"Well, I've been there before, and that doesn't work, sorry Icepool." Daisy half chuckled half sighed. "I sure wish it did."

"I don't want to sleep! I want to go outside the nursery!" I kept pushing my mom.

"You can't go outside the nursery until you're a moon old, so if you want to sleep until then, I'd be a very, very, happy mom." Icepool mumbled from where she was burying herself in the nest trying to get away from me.

"But I'm bored!" I protested.

"Daisy, can't you teach her how to play moss ball or something?" Icepool grumbled.

I perked up, my ears alert. "What's moss ball?"

"Well, now I sure have to," Daisy shrugged. "Flowerkit, can you get a nice, round ball of moss for me?"
