26. Dr. Mikey

Everyone was already in bed as we returned. Being extremely tired I let Leo carry me home on his back. Just as he was about to enter his bedroom, he heard someone clear his throat.

It was Mikey leaning against the wall, "I think Y/N's room is that way."

"Oh, come one Mikey, just one night?"

His little brother's expression remained the same. He had no chance against that. Moaning out loud Leo carried me to my bedroom. Inside he almost dropped my body on the ground as Donnie's voice appeared out of nowhere while the lights turned on.

"Welcome home Y/N"

"Geez Donald. Did you have to make this?"

Tucked in, Leo leaned over for a kiss on the forehead until his brother spoke up.

"...no..."

"Come on. It is a harmless good-night-kiss."

Mikey frowned as blue did it anyway moving a little lower to the cheek. His little brother was about to protest as I moved my head. Our lips touched each other. In an instant, Leo backed off blushing hard.

"Leo!" said Mikey trying not to be too loud.

Blue was completely red in the face pointing at me, "she moved".

"I am going to tell her in the morning!"

"You wouldn't dare Mikey."

But his little brother smirked, "Maybe not me...but Dr. delicate touch might be."

"I am warning you" It sounded more desperate instead of a threat.

"In that case you have to come with me" Leo followed him to the living room where some plushies were set as the audience and an empty seat, "Sit down."

"What is going on here?" Leo wasn't sure what to think of that until Mikey turned on the projector, "Good evening. I am Dr. Love. Welcome to my latest seminar...'True love done right'.

"Shouldn't it be Dr. delicate touch?"

Mikey's eye twitched, "Oh heh is here. If you refuse this seminar, you get the next one that is called 'How to ruin your brothers heart with three words'". He made a kissing face giving Leo an evil smirk. Blue sighted and gestured him to continue the Dr. Love seminar.

Mikey smiled wide and showed him the first image of us...arguing..." Well, we all know that meeting your true love is an important part of a relationship and yours was...how can I say it right...lousy."

Leo's face changed to a frown.

"And that didn't change as you two got closer" referring to the image.

"We are getting better now" said blue frustrated.

"I am not done yet..." Mikey showed him the tablet, "...as your date was okay but still not good enough."

Leo leaned forward, "We had a good date it is not my fault that I am broke."

Mikey sighted for a minute, "That is not the problem."

"There is no problem."

"Oh yes there is..." he points at his older brother, "...and it is sitting right there."

Blue had enough of this and was about to get out of the seat as Mikey replayed the scene in the café. Leo didn't notice how worried I looked at him whenever he looked away.

"Still thinking that there is no problem?"

"But she said it was good."

"She knows you tried your best, but Y/N didn't even ask for that." Orange showed Leo more of those signs throughout the date and mentioned a few signs, "...invading a girl's personal space, especially in a changing room shouldn't help you gain trust...here...she showed you multiple times that she doesn't want blue clothes....and..."

"Blue suits her"

"Only blue?"

Leo got quiet.

Mikey continued, "...and here...she was straight forward with you on what she wanted." Blue protested that he knew that but wasn't prepared that this camera has more footage than he expected.

"Leo, you already thought on how to get more money and plan to get her a ring."

"How much did you actually watch?"

"All of it. Now, to know how to get to her heart is simple: just listen."

"Listen? What do I have from that?"

Mikey assured him that trust is there, and it might be possible for more if Leo would listen. For blue was this not as easy as it sounds, as he doesn't listen to his brothers either. No one trusts him to do the right thing.

"Thanks Mike I am ready to listen to her more."

"I am glad Dr. Love could help. You can go now."

Leo left the living room...turning left.

"Other way Leo!"

...then to the right.

Blue grinned at Mikey, "He it was worth a try."

For the little brother it felt great to be able to help. He went to bed with a big smile on his face. The same one Leo just has while going through the internet, "Lets see. Does Y/N like gold or silver?"
