'Why can't you want me like the other boys do?

They stare at me while I stare at you

Why can't I keep you safe as my own?

One moment I have you the next you are gone.'

David couldn't tolerate any more of Lana's coquettish messages.

It was killing him, she was killing him.

And for the first time, these urges were not sexually or lustfully defined.

They came from pure want and need.

She was his after all, so it wasn't wrong that he developed these sudden urges, but deep down within him he knew there was more to it.

He sped down the streets, sans chauffeur.

Reaching the club he gave his keys to the valet and swam past the crowds of people.

He scanned the room for Lana and finally spotted her. He was about to dart towards her, but he halted.

She was dancing so beautifully, it was hard to just disregard it.

What grace she had.

David watched her for a few more minutes and then made his way to her.

What a graceful, beautiful woman.

"David! You're here!" She cheered and threw her arms around him.

She gave him a kiss right on his goddamn mouth.

David's desire or her increased radically and he deepened the savoury kiss.

He had noticed she was not alone and he stepped back, feeling quite embarrassed by the PDA.

"David, you know Marina, but this is Azealia." She introduce brightly.

They greeted one another and shared pleasantries.

He was amazed at the quantum of friends she managed to uphold.

He didn't necessarily have friends, just people he knew.

"Do you mind if I steal her away?"David asked politely.

"No,not at all!"Marina answered.

David whisked his lady away, towards a more private area.

"I hope you didn't come all this way, because of my inappropriate message." Lana spoke wearily.

"What's all this about bad behaviour?" He quirked an eyebrow up.

Lana was red faced and so humiliated.

It was meant as a joke and now she regretted it desperately.

"David, I.." He held his hand up, wanting to squeeze in a few more words.

"I like innocence as much as I like chastity." He admitted.

Does he think of her as a chaste girl?

He ran his thumb over her plump bottom lip.

She held in her breath.

Why did he voluntarily torture her?

"You're a bad girl aren't you, Lana?"

He was so seductive.

David was so distracted by the smoothness of her lips.

She was such so coquettish and he loved every bit of it.

Her naivety mixed well with her bad girl qualities.

"You are mine."He gazed at her intently.

"Yours." She managed.

David's mouth connected to hers and they were full on lip-locking.

"Sit down." He ordered.

Lana plopped herself down and watched her man order their beverages.

She admired his formal attire and beautiful appearance.

Damn You David Gandy!

David joined her once more and he stood in front of her as she sat at the bar stool.

He took several sips of his drink and plopped it down on the counter.

He began to caress Lana's cheek.

Her skin was like silk.

She was flawless.

"David." She countered.

"Yes, my love."

"I--oh never mind." She faltered.

"Tell me." David pushed.

In that moment Lana knew she had fallen for David Gandy.

It was hopeless.

He would never love her back.

She felt depressed all of a sudden.

An urge of confidence or foolsihness stuck through her.

"I think I'm in love with you."

She confessed.

David's eyes gauged out of his face. This was a complete startle.

Lana loved him?

What?

But, he was a beast

A heartless fiend!

He was astounded at her admission.

Did he love her?

Of course he did!

But, he could not bring himself to face these feelings.

He had been so self-induced that he had not seen the look of embaraasment and shame plastered across Lana's face.

He had done this to her.

He had ripped this girl's fragile heart.

Lana lowered her head, asahmed.

"David, I mean it." She murmured.

David knew exactly what she was trying to squeeze out of him. She wanted him to repeat it back to her.

David Gandy has indeed never loved.

Until now.

He loved Lana Del Rey, but did not have the courage to say it back to her.

Coward!

Lana scooted out of her seat and pushed past him.

"Lana!" He hollered frnatically.

What have I done?

Why must I be such a good-for-nothing coward?
