'Now that you want me it's too late

It's too late for love

Or when you got me

You don't care

It's too late for love

I'm tired, so tired of playing

I need a man that treats me right.'

After their gush of lovemaking, they were both utterly spent.

They lay sprawled next to each other.

Lana's head layed perched on David's broad shoulder and their fingers stayed entwined together.

Lana felt so hot and sticky, but happy.

David was exuberant and very much warm.

He turned towards her and kissed her bare shoulder.

"Come take a shower with me." He tempted.

Lana saw the massive grin on his face and nodded.

He picked her up and led her to the en suite bathroom.

They stood bare in front of one another, in the fluorescent lights.

Lana shyed away from David and hopped into the shower, hoping to escape his invading gaze.

She shut the door behind her and immediately saw David's misty figure through the door.

She rubbed the foggy screen and finally made out David's face.

He had a devilish grin on his face.

She kissed the glass and when she looked up she saw David lean into the kiss.

Her laugh echoed and she backed away.

Lana saw the red of her lipstick still plastered onto the glass door.

David opened the door and stepped in.

Lana stayed in the corner, avoiding his hash pursuits.

David backed her into the wall and pinned her to it.

Lana bit her lip in anticipation.

David involuntarily let his eyes skim down to her sultry and full lips.

Lana leaned up and attached her lips to his.

She thought they'd only share a sensual shower, but David had other wishes.

He wrapped her legs around his waist and they dove into another series of lovemaking.

Lana could barely hold herself upright.

She was weak at the knees.

David washed and lathered her flawless skin.

And then she turned around to clean him.

David stepped out first, retrieved a fluffy towel for himself and one for Lana.

He wrapped her in the soft fabric and led her back to the bedroom.

Stepping out of the jet, David helped Lana down and they walked straight to the driver awaiting them.

Lana had realized she had never asked him for his name.

Feeling completely foolish and inconsiderate she decided to change that.

She shook hands with him.

"May I ask for your name?" She asked politely.

The driver had a very friendly face and he looked fairly older than both Lana and David. Perhaps in his early sixties.

"Charles, it's a pleasure Miss."

Lana heard a trace of English decent in his voice.

"Hello, Charles!" She spoke cheerily.

He smiled and nodded his head.

Lana sat herself down and awaited David.

He joined her and grasped her hand.

David leaned into her.

"What a sociable woman you are." He whispered to only her.

Lana brushed him off ignoring his banter.

Charles went over to Lana's seat and opened her door.

"Thank you, Charles." Lana beckoned.

She was addled; when she did not recognize her surroundings.

This was not David's loft.

This was practically a mansion.

Are we still in New York?

She thought.

"I invested in a new property." David explained standing behind her.

Lana's bewildered look shifted.

"Come on, love."

"Bye Charles!" Lana hollered, he saluted her and she was led inside.

David's new house was so eloquent.

She walked around idly.

David watched as Lana admired his new property.

Little did she know, he bought it for her.

It was a gift, for her loyalty and love to him.

He wanted to spoil her not only with his money, but his love.

"Can I go upstairs?" She asked politely.

David took her hand and trailed her upstairs.

They visited the guest bedrooms, David's office, a work-out room and David dragged her to their bedroom, wanting to show her the king sized bed.

They stayed there for longer than needed and Lana brushed off his hints and sexual innuedo.

Lana found herself craving a milkshake, so she sped off to the kitchen.

David's fridge was fully stocked and his kitchen totally equipped.

"Lana, don't tire yourself." David spoke trying to haul her out of the kitchen.

"It's fine. I just really want a milkshake."

She slurped her drink appreciatively and handed one to David.

He had never indulged in such kiddie like concoctions, ever since he was a child. It was quite delicious, a sense of nostalgia hit him.

Lana had made another milkshake and was headed towards the door.

"Where are you going?" David asked nervously.

"I'm just bringing one out to Charles." She spoke kindly

"Why?" He asked frankly.

"I don't know; he must be thirsty and everyone loves a good milkshake."She said meekly, shrugging her shoulders.

David nodded her off.

Her extent of kindness would always amaze him.
