She sat reaching for the surface,
Reaching for the droplets of the fading sound of rain,
The water that surrounds her forces her to struggle less,
Suddenly she hears it, a voice that soothes and keeps her sane,She felt calm, she felt serenity,
Yet she realized; chaos surrounded her as she thrashed for air,
The sound of his voice fills her again as she looks up at the droplets,She felt helpless for that haunting melodic voice will possibly be the last,
She looks up with hope and too look down she did not dare,
She reaches for the last droplet that rippled the water,As she began to fade, she felt warmth assault her sleep fast,
She doesn't open her eyes for she hears his voice, oh so rare!
His voice so soothe like silk that held her as in the past. There was no need for sight or voice
All she needed was his voice like rain to soothe her aching heart,
She embraced his warmth against her chest without a choice,
His voice reached out to her heart in which he markedThe mark of a true loves might
Something which she cannot fight
She opened her eyes and took in the sight,All the beauty in his voice like rain
Was the same beauty that displayed through out his strong face,
His passion for her as hers for him could not be tamed
Fate was one that was to blame,If not for his voice full of hope and peace,
She would have not struggled against the pressure and not meet what is love,
Yet in the end her mind was at ease,
For she thanked the heavens for the angel they sent from above. The angel with eyes full of love,
An angel with a voice as soothe as the rain that drops from above.
