3rd person following James as the protagonist.

"Another day another slay, literally." Said James, then remembering that today is the day of Hogsmeade weekend where he will have to go with his friends to Hogsmeade to hang out.

"Hopefully no one bothers Sev today." Thought James, thinking back to Lucius's death, beautiful in the blood red roses.

"Yo Prongs, why your face all dark, you planning a murder?" Said Sirius, slinging his arm over James's neck.

James chuckled like it was nothing.

"No padfoot now let's get ready." He said as he got his clothes and towel, then he went in to shower.

~afterwardss~~~

They were in Hogsmeade now, going to the 3 broomsticks.

"I heard Snivillous got asked out in a date, can you believe it? That loser?" Sirius said.

"What." Said James menacingly.

"Okkk damn, what's gotten into you?" Sirius replied, a little scared by his best friend's reaction.

"Oh it's just that Sev is my friend now, also we're gonna stop bullying him." James said quite calmly compared to just a few seconds ago.

"I'm sorry what? Friends? No bullying? Sev?" Peter questioned, "you sure he didn't use some potion on you?"

"Yes I'm sure he didn't Wormtail." An annoyed James said.

"Huh? But what about-" Sirius started but was interrupted.

"But back to the beginning,  you're a overly protective friend, and plus who asked him out, not sure if that's good news." Remus popped in, sensing the need to change the subject or else a fight may break out.

"Who's he going out with¿" James stared at Remus."

"Barty crouch Jr-" Peter said but was caught off by James before he could fully say it.

"That bastard arrogant dude!?" James shouted, causing others to glance at them.

"Yep, I heard that Snivillous," James shot Sirius a glare when he said the nickname. "Snape, looked uncomfortable when asked and said yes as if forced."

"Well it ain't our business, now let's go get food!" Peter said enthusiastically, the others nodded while James was kinda annoyed at the lack of interest, but then again, he was the one in-love with Severus not the others.

Once they got to the 3 broomsticks they ordered t4 butter beers and some food.

"Hey guys, is that Snape over there?" Remus said, discreetly pointing to the table diagonal to them.

"Oh shit it is," sirius said with a mischievous grin, "let's spy on them."

"The best we can do is eavesdrop on them." Peter said, sirius scolded him,

"Well then be quiet then." Sirius scolded quietly.

As they listened on they came to find out some stuff, 1. Barty crouch jr. was a pervert 2. Severus was uncomfortable with him there 3. Barty was gonna force Severus to do something with him, and it was something done in a bedroom.

James did not like that one bit.

"Damn, that's tough." Sirius said, Remus slapped him on the head.

"This is something to joke about, or take lightening." Remus scolded.

"Well it's not like we can do anything about it," whispered Peter, "he's rumored to be a high ranking death eater and if it's true then we'll get our asses kicked and probably killed, especially since Crouch seems obsessed with Snape and to separate someone that's powerful and insane with someone they are obsessed with, doesn't seem to be a good idea, so we should stay out of it."

"Unfortunately, I have to agree this isn't smart, so I guess we might just have to let it happen, plus Snape can defend himself." Remus whispered, Sirius nodded.

James was infuriated at this, how could his friends let someone be raped!? Especially his Sever-

James line of thinking was interrupted when he saw Barty get up for a second.

"Guys I'm gonna go use the bathroom (restroom/washroom/ Loo whatever you wanna call it.)"

The others nodded.

James followed Barty into the washroom; suddenly Barty turned around.

"Alright then, potter, why are you following me." Barty turned around, shoved James into a stall, locked the door and snarled at him.

"Woah there buddy, I just wanna make sure that my friend Severus is gonna be fine, especially with you threatening to rape him.." James calmly but menacingly said.

"That's none of your business Potter." And in one swift movement James shoved Barty to the toilet, disarmed him, and took a knife out of his robe and stabbed him in the neck.

He watches as the life slowly drains out of his face.

He didn't even try to take out the knife. James thought, guess he was trying to preserve the blood he had to not die.. well that means less work for me.

Good thing no one else was in the bathroom.

There was a secret entrance in the 3 broom sticks that no one but James knew about, not even the owner of the place or the other marauders.

And the secret entrance was no gonna be used as a exit, good thing it was in the bathroom, James went to the side of the end of the stall in the bathroom and gently carried Barty's body there, out the exit, and to the forest behind, unbeknownst to him, someone was following him.

Just as he was digging up a deep hole to put the body in, he heard a twig snap.

James's head whipped around and there he saw Peter.

"J-James what did you d-do?" Shakes Peter.

"Oh Peter come over here." James said sweetly, Peter still trusting his friend James came over to him to the side of the whole he dug, and there he saw Barty's body in it.

"I'm sorry you had to see that." James hugged Peter and just when Peter relaxed a bit.

*Stab*

James stabbed Peter in the back, quite literally, he stabbed him with the same blade he used to kill crouch.

Just as blood was beginning to flow from Peter's back and blood filling his mouth, messing up his words, James pushed him in the hole.

Just as Peter was living his final moments and he could see was James filling up the hole he was in, burying him alive but sure to die in around 10 seconds.

James was done with his deed of killing the victim and the witness.

He went back to his friends that were waiting for him in the 3 broomsticks.

"Yo mate where have you been? We sent Peter to look for you but then it took even longer." Padfoot said.

"I was just trying to use the bathroom in peace, sheesh. And I didn't see wormtail at all." James replied.

"It's getting quite dull here, I say we just leave a note for Wormtail to come find us at another shop once he comes back here." Remus said, obviously bored.

"I say we go to Zonko's!" Sirius said enthusiastically.

As they headed to Zonko's James smiled knowing Severus would be fine tonight.
