Chapter 8: Ghosts Of the Past

It's too late to regret Reality is just cruelly moving forward!-???

Location:???

"Are you sure he's still alive?"

"Yeah, Azula maybe the mental trauma of being abandoned by his close friends plus getting struck by lightning was too much for him."

"Plus he has been motionless for FIVE DAYS! Yet you still come to visit him every single day, you can't be serious about being his friend Can you?"

Mai and Ty Lee spoke about Wang, who was laying in front of them laying on a tatami bed, But none of them were focused on him, They were focused on Azula who was taking the new friend thing too far.

Wang had his eyes bandaged due to them bleeding constantly at random intervals throughout the past five days, He was topless, Displaying his well-toned muscles and core strengthened by his hard workout Since his shirt was badly damaged after he got struck by lightning, but he still had his mask cleaned and place beside him.

"You two keep quiet."

Azula who had just finished cleaning his eyes and changing his bandages finally turned to Mai and Ty Lee urging them to be silent.

"Com'on Azula, We've been doing nothing these past few days, Let's at least go for a stroll, being cooked up in the ships reminds me of my parent's house."

Mai complained in an emotionless voice, She had been doing nothing but wake up, walking around the ship then back to sleep for the past five days.

Azula was about to say something but she kept quiet, She wouldn't lie, She was tired of doing this herself, As the royal princess, She had maids who could do this for her, But she didn't want to risk him waking up to see a maid tending to him while he was unconscious then he'd suddenly feel indebted to the maid, Which was why she tasked herself with taking care of him, knowing the rewards would be worth it.

"I never said you guys couldn't leave the ship."

Azula coldly stated turning back to Wang to see his bandages were already having small patches of red.

"Why does he bleed so much either way?"

Ty Lee asked wondering if he was going to be blind when he woke up.

Azula couldn't answer the question, There were times she'd find his bandage completely soaked with blood, Other times it would just be a light touch.

"Let's go together Azula, What is the probability he'd wake up today?"

Mai reasoned with Azula trying to get her off the ground and towards the door.

"*Grunts*"

Wang slowly sat up.

[Memory Installment complete.]

[Rebooting]

"Are you a witch or something?"

Ty Lee turned to Mai who just turned away and grunted.

[Calculating total damages done to the eyes due to glitches in the system.]

[Repairing damages.]

"So it was just a dream?"

Wang said confusing everybody present.

Wang slowly uncovered his eyes.

[Damages repaired]

When he finished, His eyes reverted to its grey yet almost white iris colour.
