"We are descending at a rate of speed that is most concerning!" Tech shouted, his grip still tight on the net as the force from the container free falling pushed him around.

"Don't worry! The reentry thrusters should engage soon!" Omega shouted back, looking through the net.

Crates from all over the container were being strewn about, barely missing Tech. Mara reached through the net, her hand grabbing his forearm in hopes to steady him. If it was that easy, she would try to use whatever bit of the force she could scrape out to protect him. However, with the stress of the environment and her already tense connection, she couldn't risk it. All she could really do was hold on to him so even if he lost his grip on the net, he had something to hold on to. Her stomach twisted as one of the crates barely missed Tech's body as it was thrown across the container.

"If they don't, we're all dead!" Echo reminded, now regretting not joining Hunter as the eyes on the ground.

Mara felt one final jolt to the crate as everything fell to the metal ground, including Tech. The ground was still shaky but it allowed them to get their bearings for just a moment, including Tech squeezing Mara's forearm in return as a way to reassure.

"You should start listening to her," Mara nudged Echo's shoulder with hers as she stood. If he didn't have his helmet on, he would be flashing Mara a look of annoyance.

"Other than not being able to steer or control where we land, I would say this is going well," Tech nodded.

"Tech, did you reach the escape pods yet?" Hunter's voice broke through the silence. It was almost ironic timing to Mara. Just as the container settled from their reckless plan, their leader checked in.

"Not exactly," Tech replied. "We are using an alternate mode of transport. My calculations have us crashing towards the upper forest region of the planet." Tech explained and Mara cringed the moment he said the word crashing.

"Crashing?" Hunter echoed, his frustration clear.

Tech didn't reply after that, not really sure if that would help his case. Instead, he turned to Mara and kept his grip on her arm as the container continued to shake as it was now being more so... forcibly eased to the ground instead of free falling. Echo held on to Omega, who was gripping the net tightly in front of her, bracing herself for when the container hit the ground.
