Season 2 Episode 9 part Two

"How in the hell?!" Doc shouted in surprise and they saw Bernadette standing by the door across the room, gesturing for them to follow.

"Alright, I'm a little freaked out." Doc said.

"Relax Doc shes just quick and agile on her feet" Ellie reassured trying to put what she said to the back of her mind. They had more important things to worry about right now.

Following after her they found themselves in an old break room, with a few tables and cushioned chairs. There was also a vending machine that Doc immediately went over to.

"Alright, what now?" Warren asked Bernadette who was sat on one of the chairs.

"We wait."

"Hope springs eternal, huh, Doc?" Addy said laughing when she saw Doc looking at the vending machine.

"Cigarettes, cigarettes,cigarettes, gum, cigarettes." Doc mumbled to himself.

"Try the gum." Bernadette suggested.

"Anybody got any quarters?".

"The gum is free."

"It's the apocalypse. Everything is free." Doc said trying to force the vending machine open with his crow bar.

"That's weird." Addy said suddenly and Ellie turned to see her leaning against one of the desks holding a cup but when she let go it was pulled back.

"ls that magnetic?" Vasqeuz questioned.

"Try the gum." Bernadette suggested again.

"Alright, well, I'm trying to quit anyway." Doc said and Ellie saw Bernadette buckle herslef in, while Addy was checking out the table leg to see them screwed down.

"Something doesnt feel right" Ellie said backing up slightly so she was closer to 10k. Looking back over to Doc she saw him leaning down to pull the leaver for the gum.

"Doc, no!" Warren shouted, but it was too late.

Once Doc pulled the button the room suddenly started shaking, a metal cover dropped over the window.

"It's an elevator!" Warren shouted "You knew,this was gonna happen!"

"You wanted to come along!" Bernadette said calmly.
