Stingray retaliates from the Aquaphibians, shooting a Sting missile and destroying one of the Mechanical Fish. The Hood fires another shot at Stingray, which spins out of the way and then collides with the other Mechanical Fish, destroying it.

X20:

I gotta get out of here. Fast.

X20's sub quickly escapes. Stingray then circles to begin pursuing the Hood's submarine, which attempts to run from the craft. Another Sting missile is fired, knocking the craft down to the ocean bed. BANG! CRASH! BANG! Both X20 and the Hood, now fried and covered in black soot, materialize back to the cloud of chaos.

Titan:

Well, that attempt went well, didn't it?

X20:

Your majesty, please, I can explain.

Titan:

I'm not interested in hearing your excuses. I saw you chickening out from Tempest.

Hood:

Now I see why you curse Troy Tempest so much.

Thunderbird 1 continues to hover in the air over the burning tower. We hear Virgil's voice on Scott's radio.

Virgil:

Thunderbird 2 from Thunderbird 1, approaching danger zone. Will dispatch Alan to the ground and then Gordon to assist with the WASPs.

Scott:

F.A.B. Virgil.

Thunderbird 2 flies alongside Thunderbird 1, before slowly landing vertically and blasting it's jets. Once on the ground, Alan leaves the cabin.

Virgil:

Good luck, Alan.

Alan:

Thanks.

We see the number 4 designated on the pod when Thunderbird 2 rises up. Once the flap opens, the Thunderiser descends. Alan drives the craft slowly forward. We see the Paradox, Supercar, and the Jet Air Car move in to find life signs in the building to help get people out. The hatch on the Jet Air Car opens. The crew of the Paradox help out.

Isambard:

Roger! Give us a hand here. We need as many of us to help.

Roger:

On my way, Isambard.

Captain Thrice:

Paradox stationary.

We see the Supercar team struggle to fit survivors in.

Mike Mercury:

This is gonna be a tight squeeze. Hang on.

Dr. Beaker:

Oh! My foot!

Mitch:

ARGH! ARGH! ARGH! ARGH!

In Milo's office, Captains Scarlet, Blue, and Milo wait to be rescued.

Captain Blue:

We wanna make sure everyone else is out first. Their our safety.

Milo:

And I'm not?

Thunderbird 2 takes off again, when the pod has been attached back to its main body. The Spectrum helicopter from Cloudbase quickly arrives and begins assisting. Like with the other crafts, men are taken aboard the helicopter and will be taken to safety. Father Unwin and Matthew Harding remain at Space City Headquarters.
