The rest of the week went by quickly. All my classes with Matt were the best! I have turned off all his notifications on social media because I guess we're friends now and that's weird :/
Today was Friday and I was in my last class with Ella and Matthew. *ring ring ring ring*
"Class dismissed, have a nice weekend!" Our maths teacher gave us a warm smile as we left the classroom.
"Okay, whose house, then?" Ella randomly questioned. I've gotten used to how weird she is by now. "What do you mean?" I asked confused. "Every Friday we stay at one of our friends house; mine, Ella's, Hayes & Nash's, or Emilies." Matt answered for Ella. Nash, Hayes and Emilie were now a part of our 'group', I guess you could say.
(Nash and Hayes are twins in this story, and everyone is 17)
"Well why not stay at my place, since only Matt has been there before." I offered
"Ooooh you and Matt?" Ella teased, knowing I used to be a fan of his.
"No no no no!" Matt and I said in unison.
"We live really close"
"Yeah"
Matt and I defended ourselves.
"Okay I'll be there at 7, bye losers" Ella said walking out of the school and going home.
"Well that was awkward..." I said fiddling with my hair as Matt put his belongings in his locker. "Haha yeah..."
Matt and I always walk home together, because why not?
"Oh my god! I can't believe that!" I said laughing at Matt. "Yeah, yeah, laugh all you want but when your dog gives you a wedgie don't come crying to me!" Matt said putting his hands up above his head. "So are you down for watching mean girls later?" I asked as we walked up to my front door. "Yasssss its my favorite film!!" Matt said throwing his bag down at my door and walking in. "Okay then, just invite yourself into my home!" I said sarcastically since I hadn't told him to come in yet. "Is your mum or dad home?" Matt asked ignoring my question. "No they're away on business for 9 days. I'll finally have some freedom!"
Matt jumped on the couch and turned on the television. Friends was on. Yasssss. I grabbed a banana and sat down next to him. "Should I just stay instead of going home and coming back at 7?" Matt practically begged. "You're so lazy!" I said laughing. "Or maybe I just want to spend more time with y-y-" Matt strugled to finish his sentence. "Your dog..." Matt finished.
Oh, okay, what just happened...
"Are you sure that's what you wanted to say?" I teased him with a smirk plastered on my face. "Uh yeah why wouldn't I have said that I love your dog she's so cute and fun to be around and I like her and I wanted to say your dog that's all I wanted to say so I don't get what you're implying because what else wou-" He was blurting a big lie. I shut him up...
