Walking into his own home, Eijiro was greeted by both his parents sitting on the couch. "Hey." He smiled at them.

"Sit." Kyo pointed at the side chair.

If Eijiro had a tail, it would have tucked between his legs. He did as his mother told him and sat down. "After all that fuss about going to school," Ura seemed in disbelief, "And then you just leave before your first period even starts?"

"Things happened." Eijiro mumbled, looking down at his feet.

"What things?" Kyo wanted to know.

"Everyone found out." He sighed.

"That your omega?" Ura asked, Eijiro responded with a nod. "Oh, hunny. I'm guessing it didn't go well?"

"No." His voice cracked some, "Mr. Aizawa said he was going to settle everything down and told me to take the day off because people were already talking about me."

"Why didn't you come home then?" Kyo asked.

"I didn't want you two to be disappointed in me. Not after I argued about going to school in the first place." He finally looked back up at his moms.

"We wound never be disappointed in you." Ura jumped up to get her pup a hug.

"You're a good kid," Kyo agreed with her wife, "We could never be disappointed in you. Although we do have to punish you for not coming home."

"What's my punishment?" He wandered.

"Grounded for a week." Kyo answered, "Only school and home."

Eijiro understood that his parents understood where he was coming from, but he could also understand their worry when their son disappeared for a day. He never did that stuff, so he just nodded and accepted the punishment. After the three settled down, both his parents decided it was time for bed, so they retreated back to their room, leaving the omega alone in the living room.

He phone chimed in his pocket, and he fished it out. "How bad was it?" A text message came through.

"Not too bad. Grounded for a week, though." Eijiro responded to him.

"Damn." Was the reply before the phone went silent again.

After a few seconds, his phone lit up with a phone call. "Hello?" Eijiro answered.

"Hi." The other responded.

"Hi." Eijiro couldn't help the smile.

-_-_-_-_-

The week passed, and as per his punishment, Eijiro only went to school and home. Also, as Mr. Aizawa promised he got the students to drop the subject of Eijiro being omega. Eijiro still couldn't figure out how he managed that. He and Katsuki have also gotten close. They texted every day, and while Katsuki was at work, he would take headphone and have the omega in his ear until he fell asleep. It seems to be that they were actually forming a good bond.

"Kat, I need a double chocolate chip pancake breakfast!" Tetsu could be heard in the background of the phone call.

"Who the hell orders breakfast at 9 o'clock at night?" Katsuki yelled back, but Eijiro knew he would make it anyway.

"You seem pretty busy tonight." Eijiro spoke from his side of the phone line.

"It's the normal friday." He huffed out. Eijiro heard the sizzle of the bacon on the grill. His stomach growled.

"You know that food actually doesn't sound bad right now." Eijiro could feel his mouth water at the thought.

"Ya not eat dinner or something?" The blonde asked.

"Moms went out on a date night and won't be back until late tomorrow, so I just made me some of that microwave soba. I guess it didn't hit the spot right." Eijiro explained.

"Damn it shit brains!" Katsuki seemed aggregated now, "You have to actually eat food."

"I didn't wanna cook, though." Eijiro whined.

"Hey, it's you who is going to starve, not me." The omega could see Katsuki waving after the spatula as he talked.

"I'll get up in the morning and make some food." Eijiro moaned out.

"How many more days of this grounding shit do you have?" Katsuki asked.

"I have four. Monday is my last day." Eijiro answers.

"Go out with me when it's done." It was more of a statement than a question.

"Like on a date?" Eijiro's heart fluttered.

"Like a date?" Katsuki mocked, "Yes like a fucking date! What else would it be?"

Most people would take it as anger coming from the alpha, but Eijiro personally thought it was cute in its own way. "Yes, I will go out with you." Eijiro smiles.

"It wasn't a question! You had no choice!" Katsuki shot back.

"Yeah, sure. Whatever." Eijiro waved off the hiss that followed his words.

Katsuki continued to work as the line went silent for a minute, but he knew Eijiro was listening to all the noise. He kept making orders that Tetsu called out to him. Tetsu was really the only person who could keep up with the alpha out of the employees. So they made the perfect working pair.

When everything finally calmed down in the restaurant, Katsuki announced that he was gonna step put back for a minute. The cool night air brushed against his cheeks.

"You still alive?" He asked, looking at his phone to see it was past midnight.

"Yes." He heard the sleepy moan of the omega.

"Getting tired?" Katsuki asked with a small smile.

"Not all all." He followed with a big yawn.

"Totally sounds like you're tired." Katsuki shot.

"You just don't know," the moving on the bed told Katsuki that he was stretching, "I got energy for days."

"Go to sleep." Katsuki huffed out, "No need to fight it."

"No," Eijiro's child side is coming out, "Don't wanna. Wanna talk to you."

"We have been talking," Katsuki looks at the call time, "For three hours. Aren't you tired of me?"

"No." Was the simple answer.

Katsuki chuckled some. It always got like this when Eijiro got tired. He fought sleep like a child because he wanted to stay up, and it amused the alpha. But he knew if Eijiro tried to stay up much later, he would be cranky as shit in the morning. No matter how late the omega stayed up, he was always awake at seven am.

"Get some sleep. You know you'll be up early in the morning." Katsuki tires to reason with him.

But he didn't get a response. Instead, light snores came through the line. Eijiro was one of those people who could be awake one minute and dead asleep the next. Katsuki stood there listening to the omega sleep for a few minutes before Tetsu came out to find him.

"We have another order." His silver hair poked around the door.

"I'll be in. Give me a minute." Katsuki, holding his phone is his hand about to end the call.

"Alpha." A sleepy giggle came through the line that made him pause.

His whole body seemed to flare up as he let that one word sink in.
