" Sameer tum usse sara sach bata kyun nahi dete . Ab to wo tumpar vishwas bhi karne lagi hai " Naina spoke against his shoulder, caressing Arnav's hair who was soundly sleeping on Shubh . Shubh locked his eyes with hers and pulled her more closer if it was possible. She snuggled in his shoulder, grazing her nose on the contour of his cheek.

" abhi nahi.... Abhi sahi waqt nahi hai. Bas ek baar woh papers lekar yahan se sahi salamat chali jaye, fir hum bhi shift ho jayenge. Court ki karwaayi shuru hone par main usse sab bata dunga " he whispered in thin air inside of the dark room. Only moonlight was the source of brightness.

" aur Anirudh . usse tum kyun nahi bata dete thoda thoda? Bewajah shaq karta rehta hai tum par. " Naina asked.

Sameer gave her a grin and replied " tum chinta mat karo uski. Ab woh mujh par shaq nahi karega "
Naina looked up at him suddenly keeping her head in her hand by elbow.

" kya kiya tumne? " her voice sounded as a warning.

" main kyun kuch karunga " he said innocently batting his eye lashes. " usse khud kuch pata chala hoga "

Naina smacked herself on her forehead and slumps back in his arm. " kya karu main tumhaara " she whined.

Shubh got closer to her and whispered huskily in her ear " mujhse pyaar "

Shivers run down her spine as she heard the manly whisper in her ear, color returned to her cheeks as she felt his hot breath against her neck. " s-sameer a-Arnav soya hai "

" to " he continued his tortures. " w-woh jaag jayega " Shubh still didn't stop. " Sameer p-please " Shubh sighed heavily and returned to his place and stared at the ceiling. " bas kuch din aur...... Fir inn chote nawaab ka kamra alag hoga. Aur humaara alag. Koi disturb karne wala nahi "

" bilkul nahi " Naina blurted out. " mera beta kahin nahi jayega. Sirf shaadi wali raat hi alag rahenge hum dono. Koi dusra kamra nahi. " she stated her decision sternly.

" aur main " he pouted like a baby.

" tum to aise puch rahe ho jaise main tumhe 100 kilometer dur rakhne wali hun. " she taunted. " aee aisa mat kaho " Sameer warned.

She chuckled seeing his face. And kissed him softly on his cheek. " tumhe khudse alag nahi hone dungi, par isse mujhse alag mat karo. Pata nahi kab tak rahega mere saath " she smiled sadly leaning on him and kissing Arnav's hair.

" hamesha " Shubh said meeting her eyes. His eyes carried both sadness and happiness in them.

" mat jao na Sameer " she swallowed the hard lump in her throat, Eyes filled with longing tears as she tugged his sleeve .

Only Shubh knows how painful it felt to leave her there. His heart broke thousand times to leave them here. He wiped his lone tear as he turned to her with a smile.

" sahabjaade ke uthne se pehle ajaunga, aur phir hum pura din ghumenge pakka. Aaj mera beta teen saal ka ho gaya hai celebration to banta hai. Main bas yun gaya " he spoke casually hiding his pain.

"mat jao na. Main yahi par kuch bana lungi, hum yahi mana lenge . Par aaj mat jao. Mera jee ghabra raha hai. " she spoke, her voice heavy with emotions. She stood up in front of him and held tightly.

How could he tell her that he also felt this unsettling feeling in the pit of his stomach which didn't ease the pain he was experiencing.

He closed his eyes for a brief second and then cupped her face. " Main bas yun gaya aur yun aya. Tumhe pata bhi nahi chalega. " he softly exclaimed. To ease the tension he further said " woh chodo aaj celebration hai to mujhe gift nahi dogi.  Kissmiss. " he teased. But she was no mood for teasing. She met his gaze ,full with worry and longing. He always leaned in to show that he was going to kiss her. But she always pushed him away knowing he was teasing. She knew he wouldn't even touch her without her consent.
