Manzil ( kismat ka khel part -2) Completed

Chaand si Dulhan

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm golden glow over the ancestral home, the courtyard became aglow with the flickering light of oil lamps and the soft twinkle of fairy lights, heralding the beginning of the Sangeet celebration. The air was infused with the fragrance of jasmine and rose petals, carried on a gentle evening breeze, as family and friends gathered to honor the union of two souls.

Underneath a canopy of shimmering fabric and cascading blooms, musicians took their place on a raised platform adorned with embroidered tapestries. The courtyard was alive with the melodic strains of the sitar, the rhythmic beat of the tabla, and the soulful strains of the harmonium, weaving a tapestry of sound that filled the air with magic.

Throughout the evening, trays laden with delicacies were passed around, from savory pakoras to sweet rasgullas, tantalizing the senses and satisfying the appetites of the guests. Preeti was stealing some of the pakoras of Pandit's plate although he noticed some of them missing and who was the thief he let her do . His son Ravi was too engrossed in listening Maithili's animated talks . Looks like Munna and Pandit will be future relatives . And Arnav was awestruck by the fact that a small baby was inside of preeti , he kept his ear on her stomach to listen what baby is doing inside her . The courtyard buzzed with conversation and laughter as old friends reunited and new bonds were formed, united in their shared joy for the bride and groom. 

Trilochan was having political conversation with the elders as always . Batuk was too busy stealing food of the plates with his new crime partner Tapur . Somnath was discussing something with Anirudh about Tupur's case and assured that it'll take time but she'll be alright . Sameer and Naina sat together on the stage with a single cloth's barrier separating them . 

Naina didn't tell sameer about her father coming there and she was somewhat relaxed that her father was not there now but she felt guilty and sad about saying those things to her father . Bondita noticed it and she promised herself that she'll mend this relationship too . And she had a plan for it . She met Anirudh's gaze and gestured him that it is time to do their magic . 

The sudden activity made on the raised platform made every one look at it's direction . Bondita took the hand held megaphone in her hands and gathered everyone's attention by her announcement .

" to bhaiyon bhabhiyon , behno aur unke bhaiyon  " she declared making everyone laugh and Anirudh frown . She mouthed a sorry to him . " to aaj yahan hum upasthit huyen hai mere pyaare dada aur boudi ki sangeet mein . aur hamaare dil mein kuch jazbaat chupein hain jo hum geeton ke sahare jatane ki koshish karna chahte hain . to dono ladki wale aur ladke wale taiyyar ho jaiye , apni kamar kass lijiye kyunki dhamaal hone wala hai " she announced with her dazzling smile . 

" to pehle aa rahein hain munna bhaiyya aur pandita bhaiyya ....jor daar taaaliyan " 

Munna came to the platform first and sand the first stanza dressed as Sameer . 

ये रात और ये दूरी तेरा मिलना है ज़रूरी-२ कि दिल मेरा-२ धक धक बोले दीवाना लिये जाये हिचकोले ये रात और ये दूरी

he pretended to search for someone , and the audience were wondering where did his partner go . 

कहना चाहूँ तुमसे मैं कितनी बातें इस हसरत में काटिं, काटिं हैं कितनी रातें तू छत पर आ भी जा, झलक दिखला भी जा-२

pandit suddenly came into the view wearing a saree pretended to be Naina , and everyone howled in laughter .
