Bondita was nervous as hell as she entered the hospital with Somnath, accompanied by Batuk as well. They both knew that Bondita didn't like hospital environment and Anirudh never left her alone for a moment in hospital. Now he was not here.. So his brothers were fulfilling the duty.

Then she was asked for to come in.

Sweat beads appeared on her forehead.

She felt a knot forming in her stomach. This was where she needed her patibabu. She was about to find out the next step of her life. This was a life altering moment for her and she needed him.

But destiny is harsher than the reality.

She found a touch on her hand. She gazed down and Somnath was squeezing her hand.

She had tears in her eyes, seeing them so supportive. She nodded and went inside.

The senior doctor asked her few questions. And her eyes widen slightly as she realized she's been missing her periods. She got so busy with work that she forgot. The doctor checked her with stethoscope.

Then he went to the other room. He asked for a female nurse.

The nurse turned out to be the same one where they met at Binoy's time.

Bondita felt a little comfortable with her presence. Well she asked her to lower her saree, to see her abdomen. The nurse applied a cool cream there that made her shiver. Then she rubbed it softly with a machine. And that was connected with other machines. One of them looked like a typewriter but there were no buttons. Just two pointed things holding down a paper.

Bondita was stunned seeing that when the machine on her abdomen moved the pointed machine moved to that too on its own.

After some half an hour the nurse took out the paper.

Her heart was beating with anticipation.

The nurse smiled seeing her nervousness.

" well honey it's double smiles " the nurse said then she pointed out at the two beans like things drawn on the paper.
