Reader's POV

"... And it was a miracle that she didn't tell my parents! They would have beaten my ass, y/n! My poor ass!" Alicia was complaining next to me.

We were walking home, our backs toward the sunset. Alicia was just vocally reenacting the time of when she broke the globe in her house but had somehow replaced it... With the help of her sister.

It was a game that we played when going home together. It's literally called, Tell a Story. Rules: Tell a random story from when you were little.

I was going to break the rules just for today. Because she told me to.

"So... Tell me a romantic story of you and Killua~." Alicia pressed eagerly, smirking at me. My cheeks heated up fervently. There was no story that was too inappropriate to tell about. I dug into my memories, trying to find a good moment that I had with Killua.

I kept silent until I could find one.

"O-oh... I have one..." It was impossible to mask the shyness in my voice. So I stared down at my feet and the leaves around them.

"Re~ally? Tell me, tell me! Make it as detailed as possible...!" Her blue eyes were sharp with mischief.

"Well..." I started. "It was when I was in his other home, and we weren't together yet... We had gotten into a tumble on the couch, and all of a sudden, he had gotten on top of me, and he said..." I gulped. " 'I think I love you.' "

"Ooh! Tell me more, tell me more! I want to hear more tales of your romance!" Alicia begged, tugging on my sleeve a bit.

"And, he kissed me..." I continued.

"What was it like...?"

My breath hitched in my throat. But I eventually found my voice. "It was like a dream."

That was probably the only way to describe it. The surprise and shock and disbelief consumed me at that point, so dream was the only way to put it. And when Killua pulled away, I recalled but one part of that dreamy like space. I only remember that it was fun.

I still continued. "And then I had to go home."

"What the freak?! Why didn't you hug him, tell him you love him too, kiss him back?! Was it that awkward?!" Alicia yelled.

"That dreamy-like space was still occupying my head, even when I left. I almost didn't know the way home. I only remembered that it was fun, and I felt as light as air." I half ignored her. But in a way, I was answering her.

"So, what happened when you got home?" Alicia pressed, her voice carrying a bit of displeasure.

"Well, I got home and hugged my knees on the couch, thinking about the kiss. I didn't leave that spot until the next morning." I looked up at the creamy-orange sky, sighing.

"Damn, you're weird." The blonde muttered next to me. I could tell she wasn't good at muttering, because I could hear every damn word she said...!

"The next day, I was taking a walk, and I bumped into Killua."

"Finally, we're getting somewhere! Tell me, tell me, tell me!" Alicia's voice became mischievous.

The sky was becoming a gorgeous magenta with that creamy-orange flecked around it. But I continued the story, regardless of the beauty.

"We returned to my house, and then... He..." I trailed off, feeling my cheeks heat up again. "He confessed to me, that he really did love me... And that dreamy space came back..."

"Aw, damn! I like this, I like this! Spill it, y/n! I can just see the scene in your e/c eyes!" Alicia was hopping up and down like a jack rabbit.

"And then we kissed again."
